The episode begins with Preeta thinking that she is sure there is something cooking up in Karan’s mind and it must be against Prithvi. Karan denies this. Preeta suggest he must then be going to meet some other girl. Preeta exclaims that girls hold an important place for Karan after all. Karan tells himself that its only Preeta who is important for him. He tells Preeta that he is going to meet a girl but not his girlfriend but of Prithvi’s. Preeta was furious over Karan while he insulted Prithvi. Karan was angry over Preeta’s stupidity. Meanwhile, On the table, Preeta calls Giresh to get a glass of water. She sat there furiously and even scolds Shrishti. Kritika jokes it must be lover’s fight between them, she and Shrishti leave the table to get water for themselves.

Sherlin comes to meet Prithvi and hugs him congratulating him about his engagement. Tapsi and mother come to party. Tapsi asks if she brought her to Karan Luthra’s house, her mother greets Kareena as an old friend and says Karan forced her to bring Tapsi along. Kareena was happy to see Karan staring at Tapsi. Karan recognizes Tapsi and says it was really important for him that she came over. Tapsi thinks her mother hates Prithvi, and if he mentions Prithvi here she would be really hurt. Tapsi walks ahead furiously and hits Preeta. Preeta wondertos what’s so special in this girl that he is after her. Tapsi wonders why is Prithvi marrying this Tapsi.

Preeta and Tapsi have a confrontation, Karan takes Tapsi aside. Preeta turns around and was shocked to see Prithvi. He asks her why she got tensed seeing him. He also asks her if there is any problem. Preeta goes to speak to Shrishti. In the room, Tapsi complains to Karan that he showed smartness and invited her to the party. Karan says Tapsi should be lucky that he wants to get her love for her. Tapsi leaves the room showing that she isn't interested in Prithvi. Karan asks her to stay calm as Preeta’s future is much important. Karan follows her to the corridor and urges her to at least play the game as this will prove she is a strong player. Tapsi says it seems that Karan wants to use her for his gain. Karan agrees that there is an intention, but it’s because Prithvi and Preeta are mismatched. Karan tells her that Prithvi only belongs to Tapsi. He was able to convince her. Tapsi asks what she must do to get Prithvi. Karan tells her the plan and was sure Preeta would herself break the engagement after watching seeing the proof. Tapsi agrees and leaves. Karan was happy that Prithvi would finally realize what he is capable of.

Rishab speaks to everyone at the party for bearing their music. He asks everyone about the dance they will want to perform. Mahesh was excited for participating in bhangra. Rishab announces Salsa dance arrangements and requests everyone to give a big hand of applause to a professional salsa dancer they had invited. He asks the guest to smile and join them on stage. He also asks as to who in the hall knows Salsa dance. Sherlin at once speaks out that Prithvi is an amazing Salsa dancer. Sherlin’s mother scolds her at once. Sherlin tells her mom that Prithvi looked excited when Rishab was mentioning about salsa dance. Prithvi wonders what Sherlin is up to. He asks himself if Sherlin has gone crazy. Rishab calls Prithvi to the dance floor. The dancer apologize accompanying Prithvi to dance. Karan jokes about Prithvi but Tapsi comes to be his partner. Preeta wonders why Tapsi wants to dance with Prithvi since she is Karan’s girlfriend. Sherlin was angry at Tapsi but her mother stops her. Prithvi holds Tapsi close but fells down. Karan comes to make fun of him. Prithvi forbids him to comment on others, or point faults.

He challenges Karan to come and perform salsa. Karan puts upfront a condition that  he would perform the salsa with Prithvi’s partner. Prithvi looks towards Tapsi and allows him to go ahead. Karan passes Tapsi to ask Preeta for a dance. Shrishti and Prithvi allow Preeta to dance with Karan in order to prove him wrong. Preeta says she doesn’t know how to dance Salsa, Karan asks her to only follow the steps and he would handle what has to be done. On the dance floor, Preeta and Karan dance together which everyone enjoys. After the dance, Karan holds Preeta over his arm. She asks him to leave her as everyone is watching them. Karan asks if she has some problem with that. Preeta tries to stand but Karan winks at her and drops her on the floor. He laughs saying that Preeta asked him to leave her. Tapsi compliments Karan’s dance steps. Karan boasts about winning every challenge. He deliberately pushes Tapsi who fells into Prithvi’s arms. Sherlin angrily leaves the hall. Karan comes to the room and places a cell phone for a recording so that Preeta doesn't come to the room and ruin his plans of exposing Prithvi.

In the hall, a waiter hits Prithvi and the tray spills over him. Prithvi shouts at the waiter but Karan comes to save the waiter. He insults Prithvi that he always invites filthy things over him. Kareena comes there and sends Prithvi to her room to freshen up. Karan stops him suggesting Prithvi might steal any expensive jewelry from Kareena's room. Prithvi was intrigued and warns Karan not to do this again. Prithvi decides to keep calm since Karan might be trying to postpone his engagement. Prithvi lightens the mood and goes to use the washroom for the guest room. Kareena questions Karan as to what this is all about, Karan lies to Kareena that Preeta wants to meet Prithvi and he was only making arrangements for it. Kareena was annoyed with the mention of Preeta's name. Karan calms her down. Sherlin decides to go to the guest room to in order to keep an eye over Preeta. Karan spots Tapsi talking to a bunch of girls. He deliberately throws something from the table to signal Tapsi. She nods. Preeta watches this and wonders what they are signaling to each other so openly. Sameer stops Shrishti in the corridor to thank her for all her care when he was injured.

He tries to inquire Sarla’s reaction as she had seen them together. Shrishti places her hand over his shoulder and tells him to relax. She withdraws her hand feeling apologetic, Sameer places it back and says he doesn’t need a support today at least. Both of them laugh. He asks if Sarla was really serious and angry that day, Shrishti says it doesn’t matter what her mother thinks.  Shrishti recalls her conversation with Preeta and she asks about Sameer's feelings towards her. Sameer ignores and says that his bruise still hurts. Shrishti tells him to forget what she asks him. She messes his hair up and leaves. Sameer decides to find Karan and set his hairstyle again. Tapsi comes for a drink to gather courage for what she is about to do. Sherlin comes to grab the same drink from the other side. Both confront each other. Sherlin questions Tapsi as to how she came into this high profile party? Tapsi replies that she got an invite for it. Both women fight calling Prithvi as their own.  Tapsi says if Prithvi is marrying Preeta, then how can Sherlin be his girlfriend. She warns Sherlin that she must better find someone for herself. Karan watches Tapsi speaking to someone, but Sherlin backs up and leaves before Karan could see her. Karan decides to break Prithvi and Preeta’s engagement at any cost. Tapsi goes to the guest room.

Prithvi comes out of the washroom. Tapsi was in the room and complements his dancing skills. She tells Prithvi she can never forgive herself for breaking up with him. Prithvi tells her to move on in life as he also did. Tapsi throws his coat on the floor, both bend to hold it and hit their heads. Prithvi takes Tapsi to bed and turns to go and bring first an aid box. In the hall, Karan comes to take Preeta along with him. Preeta wasn’t ready to go anywhere with him. Karan questions why she is showing this kind of attitude, he tells Preeta that he doesn’t want a time pass with her. Preeta questions Karan if he considers her as a doll who would work with a key for him. She was irked as Karan threw her on the dance floor. She helped him by dancing with him. Karan says that it’s his greatness that he bears her and it for three reasons that his mother likes her.  Karan also mentions that his granny also likes Preeta. As he is about to say that he likes Preeta, he quickly changes his statement that he is too good to hurt anyone. Preeta boasts about she being a pious girl. She mentions Tapsi name to Karan. Karan sense that she is jealous of Tapsi.
