TUESDAY MARCH 12TH 2019 UPDATE ON THIS IS FATE

The episode begins with Karan trying to convince Sakshi but she leaves furious at Prithvi. Preeta watches Tapsee leaving angrily and thinks she might had fought with Karan. Rishab stops her and offers to help her if there is some problem. Preeta asks what Karan did to her. Karan lies to Rishab that Tapsee felt bad because of an incident. Rishab assures his brother they can solve her problem. Karan was tensed as he watch Rishab trying to find information from Tapsee as to why she is crying. Karan was worried this might ruin his game plan against Prithvi. Preeta watches Karan and thinks Karan must have done something wrong to the girl. Tapsee was furious and says she neither wants a solution nor Prithvi. Preeta now looks towards Karan furiously. Prithvi follows Sherlin in his car while she drove away. Preeta and Rishab ask Karan why the girl mentioned Prithvi’s name. Karan lies to them that the girl is a little bit crazy. Rishab strictly tells him to be clear. Karan makes up a story that he had a breakup with the girl and suggested him to have an affair with Prithvi. He then hurries outside taking a phone call. Karan was angry with Tapsee for mocking him and ruining his plan. He was obsessed of his status and decides not to speak to her again. He then remembers Prithvi’s deterrence that Karan won’t be able to stop his engagement. Karan was even angry at Preeta as she didn’t know about his attempts to save Preeta. Karan calls Tapsi and convinces her that only she loves Prithvi. He also says that Preeta is only performing an arranged marriage with him. Tapsi was angry and wasn’t ready to hear another word about Prithvi. She angrily cuts the call.

Preeta comes to stand with Shrishti in the balcony. Shrishti tells Preeta to go and have some rest right. Preeta says sometimes a minor question complicates the mind. She says that she being an elder never hugged anyone. She then asks as to how did Shrishti hug Sameer at home. Shrishti explains she was only applying an anti-septic over his face and Sameer screamed so she hugged him. Preeta smiles at Shrishti and asks if his heart beat skips every time Sameer comes to her? She also asks her sister that when Sameer is near does she feel angry towards him and also when he goes, she curses her own self. Preeta tells Shristi that this is love. Shrishti tells Preeta if she has ever experienced this at all in her own life. She advices Preeta that she must look into herself first. Preeta boasts about being an elder in age and experience at the same time. She directly asks Shrishti if she loves Sameer. Shrishti was speechless and says she doesn’t know what Sameer feels for her.

Preeta suggests about she finding out about it. Shrishti figures an idea for Preeta’s engagement day. Prithvi comes outside the Luthra house with a box in his hand. He says the list of his enemies has increased and Karan is on the list now. Prithvi comes inside the Luthra house. Kareena was angry upon seeing him here. Prithvi asks about Karan and Rishab. Rakhi says that Rishab went to jog with his father whiles Karan comes from behind. Prithvi was happy to see him. He smirks and says that his mission will now be accomplished. He informs everyone that he brought a good news for Karan. He shows the invitation card of his engagement and he says it’s the first invite he is distributing. Karan turns to go for a bath, Prithvi hands the invitation to Rakhi. Kareena tells Prithvi that they are already invited by Sarla and Prithvi didn’t need to come to their house to inform them. Prithvi replies Kareena that he is valued by the Luthra family and even went on a vacation with them. Kareena leaves the table. Rakhi explains to Prithvi that Kareena must have something important to do. Prithvi figure out that Karan must be in his room, he asks Rakhi permission to use the washroom and he goes upstairs. Sherlin was in the car speaking to her mother when she gets a call from Kareena. Kareena was angry at Sherlin for taking too late to attend her call. Sherlin butters that Kareena is really important for her so she took her call on priority.

Kareena tells Sherlin about Prithvi coming to invite them for his engagement. She asks her to send her mother to their house to fix her wedding date. Sherlin was determined to shatter Kareena’s attitude as soon as she gets married. After the call, Sherlin says Prithvi and Preeta’s marriage is important than her wedding with Rishab. In the room, Karan was annoyed over Prithvi and wonders why Preeta can’t see his real character. He was now determined to tell Preeta about Prithvi’s affair and also make Tapsi approve of their initial plan. Rakhi takes Karan’s consent over a jewelry set. Dadi senses he was absent minded, Dadi reminds him about Kareena’s birthday party. She tells Karan that Kareena is going to a dinner with her friends tomorrow. Karan suggests that they should arrange a birthday party as a surprise for Kareena in the morning to make her feel young once again.

At the Arora house, Shrishti had applied a dark face mask. Karan comes there and screams upon seeing her. He invites them for Kareena's birthday party. Shrishti replies that its Preeta’s engagement tomorrow. Preeta apologizes that she won't be able to come for Kareena's party. Karan insists that the party is for her as he wants her to enjoy her been single for the last time as she would be bound in a wedding relation with Prithvi. He also says that his grandmother has assured that girls would come to party with them. Karan asks them to bring Prithvi along as well but Shrishti objects. Karan explains that Prithvi came to give them his engagement’s invitation and his mom wants both of them to get over any differences between them. Preeta promises to come to the party. Karan walks out of the Arora house and thinks his new plan would create a blast. He says Prithvi will now see how he unveils his true colors. Karan says that the party tomorrow will decide if the engagement takes place or not. Preeta comes outside to hand Karan his cell phone. He looks towards her, she demands a thank you in return. Karan asks if Preeta also began to lie and find ways to talk to him.

Shrishti comes out saying it’s her phone, she exclaims that she bought it today with her salary. Karan says he is proud of her, Shrishti goes inside cheerfully. Preeta asks Karan why he is always rude with her, although he is sweet with everyone else. Karan stands close to Preeta and asks if she wants him to be flirtatious to her? At the birthday party, Sameer looks towards Shrishti and plays ‘Dil tou pagal hai’. Karan calls him to change the music. Sameer was apologetic. Kritika comes to tease both Sameer and Shrishti. Shrishti forbids her to say another word and leaves. Rishab speaks to his colleagues that he is going to change as he doesn’t want to wear such clothes. Preeta stops him and says he seems to have really changed today. Preeta compliment that he must sometimes wear such clothes. Rishab regrets for not saying a thanks in return to Preeta. He rushes to his room. Sherlin and her mother wish a happy birthday to Kareena. Prithvi arrives there and holds a dropping flower bouquet. Sherlin’s mother was unhappy seeing him there.

Kritika mocks that the flowers brought by Sherlin spread under Prithvi’s feet. As she laughed, Shrishti scolds Kritika. After the girls laugh, Shrishti goes towards Preeta. Kritika observes Prithvi’s stare towards Sherlin. She thinks she must really be drunk and leaves. Sherlin signals Prithvi to come aside. Both of them leave the hall together.  Preeta watches Karan looking around for something. Preeta wonders if Karan is planning something against Prithvi or he really wish for a patch up with Prithvi. She is determined know what’s going on in Karan's mind. She asks Karan if he is looking for someone. Karan laughs and asks if Preeta is spying on him? Preeta says she knows already whom he is looking for. Karan forbids her from loving him so much since Preeta got a PhD in what he even thinks.
