Zeeworld: Tuesday January 8th update on This is Fate

TUESDAY JANUARY 8TH 2019 UPDATE ON THIS IS FATE

Karan returns home upset as everyone thinks Sherlin is jealous of Preeta. Karan decides not to share anything with Rishab. Preeta decides to speak to Rishab about Sherlin. She calls him on phone. Sameer meets Karan and asks where he had been. Karan doesn’t tell Sameer where he was. Sameer then thinks Karan must have fought with Preeta. He starts to feel sad for both Preeta and Shristi as no one is willing to help them especially Rishab.

Later on, Rishab requests to meet Sarla for a while and says he is sure there was some conspiracy. The inspector initially didn't want to allows Rishab but he finally gives in. Rishab apologizes to Sarla. Sarla tells him she understands. Rishab says he feels really apologetic. Sarla says she understands him. Rishab thanks Sarla. Sarla thanks Rishab that he came to meet her during her critical moments. Rishab leaves with a heavy heart. Sameer arrives at Shrishti’s house and couldn’t gather courage to go inside. He calls Shrishti from inside her house.  Shrishti was enraged, she asks him if he came to show any sympathies to them.

She complains that rich people always consider the poor ones as worthless, and she promises that she will disgrace them again just like what Sherlin did to her family. Sameer asks her as to what Sherlin did. Shrishti replies that Sherlin ruined her own engagement. She also says that Sherlin wanted the function to get flop so that they will be disgraced. Sameer is unable to understand what Shrishti is saying. Shrishti asks him to leave if he doesn’t understand. She cries badly and hugs him whiles crying. Sameer consoles him. She straightens up at once and runs inside. Sameer hopes things will eventually get better.

At the Luthra house, Dadi was massaging her foot out of pain. Karan comes to massage Dadi. He tells Dadi he woke up by himself for practice today. Dadi screams of pain at once, she then asks if Preeta won’t ever come again? Dadi tells Karan that Preeta does the treatment with love and has magic in her hands and that only Preeta could make her recover from the ache. She again asks Karan if she will have to bear the pain again for a lifetime or Preeta will come to massage her like she usually does.
Karan remembers forbidding Preeta come to her home again.

The butler comes to inform Karan that his mother was calling him.  Rakhi calls Karan inside. Karan complains that no one is pampering him at home and that Rakhi needs to recover soon. Rakhi assures him that she would soon be fine. Rakhi asks Karan about Preeta. Karan thinks it seems Rakhi is only angry at Sarla, and still likes Preeta. Rakhi is still concerned. The nurse comes to forbid her from speaking more and exert herself. Karan assures Rakhi that Preeta is fine and leaves the room. He thinks Preeta is responsible for his mother’s condition. Meanwhile, Preeta sit worried how to bring her mother out of jail. She wonders what she must do about it.

She gets a call from Karan and he tells Preeta that everyone in his house including his mother and Dadi were missing her, Karan asks Preeta what magic she has casted on his family. Preeta appeals to Karan to let her prove herself. Karan, on the other hand, is not ready to accept Sherlyn as guilty. He decides to speak to Sherlyn directly to clear the air.  Sherlyn arrives at the Luthra mansion and Karan takes her to Rishab. Kareena was happy to see that Rishab wanted to meet her. Upstairs, Sherlyn recognizes it was Karan’s room and not Rishab. Karan shares with Sherlyn that Preeta thinks that she was involved in the food poisoning case. Sherlyn is outraged at learning about this and she calls Preeta a middle-classed narrow-minded girl. This makes Karan suspect that Sherlyn must be jealous.

Sherlyn then seeks Karan's reassurance and asks him if he trusts her. Karan replies he does. Sherlin then tells him that even Kareena thinks that Preeta would try and trap him as well. Karan asks why she thinks so. At that point, Sherlyn turns to go to Rakhi, Karan asks her about the food poisoning and observes her closely. He then mentions that Preeta went to her house last night. Sherlyn tries to cover her tracks by lying that she was at the Luthra mansion with Rakhi. Karan thinks there must be some sort of proof about it as well. Downstairs, Sherlyn thinks Preeta must not have come to her home, else she might have unveiled her reality by now.

She decides to go and talk to Rakhi first so she can later have full control over Rishab in her own hands. She asks a servant about Rishab. Back in the room, Karan wonders if Sherlin was with Rakhi how could she have meet another boy. He is convinced that Preeta is a liar and he won't ever believe her made up stories.  At home, Shrishti was lost in thoughts of Sameer. Beeji comes in to take her for tea and ends up complaining that both the sisters never share their problems. She adds that Preeta had also slept at night without saying anything. Shrishti takes Beeji to do some house chores. In the room, Karan comes to greet Rakhi who tells him that his father was at home the whole night.

Karan then asks her if Sherlyn was with them last night. Rakhi then discloses that Sherlin only came for a few minutes, she further says that children nowadays never get time to be with the elders. Karan concludes that Mr. Luthra would know if Sherlin was at the Luthra house, and if not then Preeta must be right. Shrishti brings tea for Preeta. Preeta apologizes to Beeji for being upset last night. Shrishti then asks Preeta what she spoke to Sherlin about, she tells her sister that they were so stressed at home but Preeta decides to keep mute as she thinks it not the right time.

Preeta wonders if she must tell them what she saw last night, she then decides it’s not the right time.  Preeta tells Shrishti that Sherlin wasn't home. Preeta reminds Shrishti to focus on Sarla's bail. Beeji asks Preeta to take the packet to the police station.  Rishab couldn't focus on work as his mind was occupied with Preeta's complaint about leaving her helpless when her mother is serving time in jail. He wants to call Preeta and check on her but he thinks he has no face as he broke his promise. He decides to at least apologize to her. At that point, Sherlin comes from behind and greets him. Sherlin decides that she will take Preeta's place in Rishab's heart by pretending to be like her in every way.

Later Preeta opens up about the whole story to her grandmother and sister, about going to the hospital, about witnessing Sherlin as characterless and also about Rishab's denial to help up. She decides to hire a good lawyer. She asks Beeji to use the money that she had saved for the hall to save Sarla. Beeji tells her to take the money from their room. Rishab then confronts Sherlin and starts the conversation by asking her if she reached home safe. After which Sherlin says she was really concerned about Rakhi the whole night. Sherlin says she has to take care of Rakhi at this time. Sherlin notices Rishab was still lost in thoughts. In the corridor, Karan asks his father who in turn discloses that Sherlin didn't come to the room last night.

As Rishab turns to leave, Sherlyn convinces him to speak to her mother. Meanwhile, Karan comes downstairs and watches Sherlin deliberately pulling the rug in order to fall into Rishab's arms. Karan tells himself that Sherlin is a drama queen and he has finally disclose her reality. Karan adds that Sherlin is a liar and a fraud. Sherlin thanks Rishab for the help. Karan goes and apologises to Preeta but Preeta gets shocked. Karan acknowledges the fact that Sherilyn is indeed a drama queen. Karan tells her that if Rishabh is around to help her get her mother out of jail then it's all alright with him. He promises to help Preeta in exposing Sherlyn.

Outside the police station, Preeta tells Karan how Rishab wasn’t able to help her. On the other hand, Sherlyn and Kareena enjoy themselves together as their plan was a success. Sherlyn boasts about throwing Preeta out of their lives. Dadi asks about Preeta. Sherlin replies that Preeta doesn’t care about her at all and she isn’t even attending their call. In the jail, Sarla is elated to hear Karan has come for her bail. Preeta tells Sarla that Sherlyn was behind everything that happened. Karan tries to convince the inspector to grant bail to Sarla but in vain.

Karan says that his lawyer, Jagdeep Khanna is a famous lawyer and that he will tell the media that the inspector didn’t carry on any proper investigation on food poisoning and only arrested Sarla directly. Karan calls Jagdeep to come to jail with the reporters. The inspector decides not to mingle with Jagdeep as they didn’t investigate the case well. Karan says he is ready to give in writing that Mrs Arora have nothing to do with the food poisoning.
