Saturday February 10 Update On “Modern Homemaker” Episode 135-138

The next day, Sona goes back to the same place and looks at the stairs where the grill fell off. Chitrasi comes from the back and asks how is Sona now? Sona replied her that she is fine and alive because of her. Chitrasi says its nothing big as Sona would have done the same if she was in Chitrasi’s place.

Chitrasi asks what was Sona looking around here and Sona says that the stairs doesn’t seems to have broke on it's own as it seems smooth. Moreover the grill isn’t weak to just fall off like that. Chitrasi asks if she mean someone did this? Sona says she doesn’t wants to say this but she feels someone has done this on purpose as it didn’t fell on its own and someone must have done this on purpose. Chitrasi says she can’t believe it but Sona sounds true too and asks why would someone do this? Sona says maybe someone don’t like her staying here. She points out that her room is here and she walk up and down here, she have thought well before saying this and this was done for her and Chitrasi starts thinking. Hearing this, Kanhaiya says that he will never leave whoever did this and he is going to investigate each and every member of the family. He leaves in anger while Sona stops him saying that they are his family member and they would be hurt if he suspects them. She knows that one of them had done this and they need to deal with this carefully and he agrees.

He suddenly recalls seeing Deva walking down the stairs last night and he says it is possible that Deva could have done this. To find out, he is going to look in Deva’s room and Sona seems to be thinking. Kanhaiya says he know what she is thinking about but law comes before family. He know they are his family but if they are the culprit, they will be punished even if he is his own brother. He enters Deva’s room and Deva seems to be drinking, Deva asks Kanhaiya why is he here? He says he came to meet him and Deva asks what is the reason? Kanhaiya pretends to be talking and looks around at the same time while Deva is talking about his radio. Deva leaves the room while Kanhaiya quickly looks around the room. Just then, Deva turns and on the way to his room. Deva enters his room and sees his room in a mess. He looks at Kanhaiya and walks to him.

Deva asks what is he looking around in his room and why is he looking stunned? Chitrasi walks in and sees the room in a mess and asks what happened? Deva tells her that Kanhaiya came inside and was looking for something, he tell her to see how he messed up his room. Chitrasi then lie that Kanhaiya came in to take the bet and signals Kanhaiya. Seeing this, Kanhaiya play along that he came to take the bet and walks out of the room. Kanhaiya turns and sees the cutter on the top of the cupboard and leaves. Deva asks Chitrasi to see how messy his room is. Chitrasi offer to clean it up. Chitrasi’s mother Shakuntala takes her bag and leaves while Sidershwar who is talking to Sona asks why Shakuntala is leaving since she said she is going to stay with Chitrasi for a few days. Shakuntala says that she planned to stay here longer but she dislikes some people here and looks at Sona with disgust. Siddeshwar asks what happened and request her to stay back. Shakuntala says that she have decided to leave and that she is not going to change it. Shakuntala stares at Sona and leaves. Sona thinks to herself that Shakuntala is leaving because of her and wonders if she could be the one who cut the railing? Kanhaiya thanks Chitrasi for saving him and she says its alright and asks him if he went into Deva’s room because he suspected Deva? Seeing that Kanhaiya is surprised, Chitrasi says she knows about it as Sona have mentioned it to her. Chitrasi adds that she knows Deva is short tempered but he is a nice person and would not do this as he thinks of her as his sister but he could not do this. Chitrasi places her hands on Kanhaiya’s hands while talking and Sona sees this. Chitrasi sees Sona and removes her hands while Sona walks to Kanhaiya and looks at Chitrasi telling her not to worried since she and Kanhaiya are both friends. Chitrasi asks Sona to join her to do some rituals and Sona recalls Shakuntala’s words to Sona. Sona then decides to check Shakuntala’s room. Kanhaiya on the other hand talk to himself that he saw something while coming out of Deva’s room and recalls seeing the cutter. Kanhaiya slowly goes to Deva’s room and sees no one in the room and he sees the cutter. Sona enters Shakuntala’s room and looks around.

Kanhaiya takes the cutter and is in anger saying that he was right that Deva had done this towards Sona. Kanhaiya walks with the cutter and calls everyone out to the main hall. He asks how dare Deva try to kill Sona? How could he be so low minded and Siddeshwar asks what Kanhaiya saying is? Kanhaiya tells him that Deva had tried to kill Sona and he found the cutter in Deva’s room. Deva says just because it was found in his room, he is the culprit? He says someone else could have done this and place the cutter in his room since anyone can enter his room anytime. Sona shouts that they should wait a minute as she is holding a similar cutter in her hands. Kanhaiya walks to Sona and asks from where she brought this and Sona says from Shakuntala Devi’s room. Sona thinks to herself that this was done by Shakuntala Devi and everyone is shocked. An upset Deva says they both have been here for only a few days and they are blamming everyone. He then says this could be a plan by both of them since they don’t wish to stay here and that Babuji, allow them to leave and they don’t need such a brother who don’t trust them. They waited for him all these years but they are not seeing their brother but a husband. Siddeshwar shouts at everyone to cool down and asks who did this and demand to know the truth. Chitrasi says that she will say the truth and that the one who cut the railing was her mother and Shakuntala Devi is standing next to Chitrasi looking guilty.

Chitrasi come in saying that Deva didn’t cut the railing but her mother did this and everyone is shocked and looks at Shakuntala. Kanhaiya walks closer to Shakuntala saying he suspected her earlier but didn’t know that she would stood this low and suggest Babuji, to call the police and Sideshwar refuses Kanhaiya. He says if the police comes here, the reputation of the family will be tarnished. He adds that she will no longer stay in this house and she has nothing to do with him anymore and Chitasi cries. Chitrasi walks forward Sidheswar saying she too don’t want to live in this house as she is not able to see anyone’s face after what her mother have done. Sona Chitrasi what is she saying? She reminds her that she have been living for this family all these years and she don’t need to leave the house for such a small thing. Sidheshwar smiles seeing Sona trying to convince Chitrasi. Sona then adds that she used to be a member of the family and she will always be. Chitrasi apologize to Sona for what her mother have done and Sidheshwar comes to Chitrasi and says that she has so much of courage to do this and she could have covered up for Shakuntala as she is her mother but she didn’t. He adds that he is proud of her and Sidheshwar goes to Shakuntala and asks Shakuntala to leave the house right now. Shakuntala looks at her crying daughter Chitrasi and leaves. Kanhaiya looks at Deva and is about to hold him but Deva stares at him. Kanhaiya apologize to his elder brother for suspecting him and holds his ears saying if Deva doesn’t forgive him, he will sell away the radio. Deva tells him not to dare sell the radio and Kanhaiya begs him to forgive him for putting the blame on him and Deva hugs Kanhaiya while everyone is happy. Sidheshwar hugs all his son’s together. Later in the night, someone comes to meet Shakuntala and Shakuntala slaps the person. The person is revealed to be Chitrasi and Chitrasi stares at her mother Shakuntala. Shakuntala asks how could she do this to her and made her the bad person when she was the one who cut the railing and she put the blame on her? Chitrasi stares at Shakuntala and a flashback is shown where Chitrasi cuts the railing. Chitrasi says Sona is smart and she already found out that someone cut the railing on purpose. Chitrasi says where Sona explains that someone did this on purpose and before things got worse, she had to do something. So she did all this to look good in front of everyone. An angry Shakuntala says in that process, she made her looked bad. Chitrasi says that her dream is all gone.

She was about to get everything! But she could not do anything once Kanhaiya come back as she would have got everything if Kanhaiya didn’t come back. That’s why she cut the railing to trap Kanhaiya but Sona came there and fell instead. Shakuntala then asks why did she saved her? She adds that she should have let her fell down. Chitrasi says who said she saved her? She tells her that Sona grabbed on to her hand so hard and asks her mother if she want her to fall along with her? She had to safe her and Chitrasi’s evil face is shown and she starts helping Sona once everyone gathers around and that all her plan failed. Shakuntala says even her plan failed as she made her stay in that house as a widow so that she would get Kanhaiya’s share of property. Chitrasi says she thought the same that she would be getting Munna’s share of property but she don’t know from where he came and he don’t even want to accept her as his wife. She still want all Kanhaiya’s share of property as she have dedicated all these years living as a widow for this property and she will never allow this to slip from her hands now and he will need to leave this world to get his property. She adds that this property will only be hers and Shakuntala and Chitrasi shares a smile. The next morning, Sidheshwar calls everyone to gather around and announces asking everyone to pack their things as they will no longer live in Shakti Dham.

Everyone is shocked and Sidheswar says they are going far from here and Kanhaiya asks where? Sidheshwar says Allahmebad. Kanhaiya looks at Sona while everyone looks shocked. Sidheshwar says they will live there after this and Kamal asks why are they leaving there suddenly. Sidheshwar says he didn’t ask for his opinion but he have decided and they are leaving today. He order them to go and pack their things and everyone leaves. Kanhaiya leaves too and Sidheshwar calls Kanhaiya asking if he won’t ask why he made this decision? Kanhaiya asks why and Sidheshwar says that he did this for Chitrasi as she would be sad if she stays here longer as people and the society here will be talking about her. So he have no other option and more over, he is working in Allahmebad and it will also be easier for him. Kanhaiya asks what about this Haveli? Sidheshwar says this Haveli belongs to his ancesstors and he will never sell it and that there will be people to look after this Haveli. Kanhaiya says it's good and Sidheshwar says they will all start a new life there and smiles. Everyone leaves and reaches Allahmebad and arrives in front of Chaturvedi Mansion. Kanhaiya is shocked and looks at Sona. Everyone looks at the house. Kanhaiya looks at the nameboard of Chaturvedi Nivas and he suggests him to lets them go to their new house and not come here. He asks how did he know this is his house? Sidheshwar says yes Munna, this is his house and this is the house which they will be living in after this and both Kanhaiya and Sona are shocked.

Sona asks how is this possible? Sidheshwar asks why? Kanhaiya says here is where he used to live and grow up. Sidheshwar tells him that he had bought over Chaturvedi Nivas and Kanhaiya is shocked. One of the neighbour sees Kanhaiya asking where have he been? Kanhaiya asks where everyone is and the neighbour says everyone has left 2 days ago. He heard that Udham had got posting at Rajashtan and Neelam followed him while he has no idea about the rest. Sona asks what about mother Sunaina? The neighbour says perhaps she followed Udham and the neighbour leaves. Sona and Kanhaiya looks worried. Kanhaiya says how is this possible and tries calling someone and the number is unavailable. Kanhaiya asks how come anyone didn't inform them anything? And even mummy dearest? Sona tells him not to worry that his mummy knows how much he love everyone and she didn’t tell him thinking he would be sad and worried. Kanhaiya says today he is back to this house and Babuji himself has bought the house. He further says it's s the same house but different people and the memories will keep haunting him. He wonder how will they live in this house and Kamal removes the Chaturvedi Nivas nameboard. Sidheshwar tells him not to be sad and he pray that they all are happy where they are. He adds that they will start a new life in this house starting today and everyone enters except for Kanhaiya and Sona looking at each other.

Kanhaiya is holding the name board ‘Chaturvedi Nivas’, he looks around the house and hears the voice of his mother dearest Sunaina, Neelam, Udham and all the memories looking around. He looks at the mandir and recalls everyone praying together and he hugs the name board while Sona walks up to him and she is also in tears. Kanhaiya shows her the name board and cries. Sona holds him and says she don’t know where everyone have went. Udham, mummy and asks how will they find all of them and how will they find out where they are? Kanhaiya says this is the game of fate and everyone is far from them now. He adds that it is also fate that they might never meet them and he only have their memories now with him which he is missing a lot. He and Sona hug each other crying while Chitrasi standing at the back stares looking at them. She walks up to them and apologize for interupting them. Sona asks what is it? Chitrasi asks if Sona knows any pundit as Babuji wants to do Ghar Pravesh tomorrow. Sona says that she will call the pundit and Sona leaves.

Chitrasi walks closer to Kanhaiya and says she can understand how sad he is and she wish she can help him. Kanhaiya thanks Chitrasi for consolling him and leaves while Chitrasi talk to herself, telling Kanhaiya not to worry and by tomorrow all his sadness will end and she is waiting for tomorrow now. Chitrasi smiles. The next day, Chitrasi meets her mother Shakuntala. Shakuntala then gives Chitrasi a bottle of poison telling her this is a very powerful poison. Chitrasi says she would not know what to do if not for her mother. Shakuntala tells her to make sure this works this time as she have come this far to Allahmebad for this and she will only go back once her daughter’s life is in a good situation. Chitrasi assures her mother not to worry that this Ghar Pravesh will be Kanhaiya’s last pooja as he will eat the prasad which is mixed with the poison. After eating the prasad, Kanhaiya will die and Chitrasi smiles holding the poison bottle. While Sona is cooking in the kitchen, she hears Neelam’s voice telling her not to feel sad. Sona hears Sunaina calling her daughter-in-law and she responds yes, Mummy. She then realized that she is imagining things and she is in tears. Sona continues her cooking. Chitrasi comes to the kitchen seeing Sona cooking and notices the tray of prasad. She walks to Sona and says the cooking smells good. She smartly tells Sona that she should go to the pundit and see what he needs since she already know him earlier. Sona inform her the stove is still on and leaves while Chitrasi takes out the poison bottle and recalls Kanhaiya only likes to eat Ladoo without badam.

Chitrasi removes the badam while Sona who is walking stops as she forgot her mobile in the kicthen and walks back. Chitrasi opens the poison bottle and spills on the ladoo smilling while Siddeshwar shouts Chitrasi name. She gets scared and turns seeing Siddeshwar standing and smilling to her. Siddeshwar asks if if all the preparation for the Ghar Pravesh done and Sona answer him from behind that everyone will be done and he don’t need to worry. Sona takes her mobile phone and leaves. Everyone prays at the mandir and the pundit leaves while Chitrasi takes the ladoo tray. Sona says she will serve everyone. Sona is about to give the ladoo meant for Kanhaiya to her while Chitrasi takes another ladoo on her own. Chitrasi is worried and keeps watching Sona serving everyone the ladoo and she gets scared seeing Sona giving Siddeshwar a ladoo. Chitrashi is in tension seeing Sona giving the ladoos to Bheema, Kamal, Deva and Siddeshwar. Sona gives the ladoo to Kanhaiya and Chitrashi gets very much tensed as the same ladoo Chitrashi added poison to.
