Saturday February 10 Update On “Lies Of The Heart” Episode 345-348

The next morning, Urmi wakes up and doesn't find Ishaan still, and wonders where he is. She rushes out to alarm others and find out. Downstairs, Rani, the maid serves everyone morning coffee, while Urmi rushes down dishevelled and tensed.

All are surprised to see her in such a state. Anirudh asks why is she so tensed. Urmi asks if they had a talk with Ishaan. He asks what the matter is. Urmi tells them what happened, last night, after his sudden disappearance. This alarms and surprised everyone. Damini asks if she tried to find out. Samrat and Tani come down too, while he is happy that his plan worked perfectly. While Sandhya’s husband is jogging outside, he hears Ishaan screaming from inside the garage, and opens it, while he runs out frustrated.

Inside, Samrat pretends to be concerned, and says that they should inform the police. Anirudh asks him not to worry as Ishaan would come back soon. Just then, Ishaan who finds that the person who locked him up in the garage was Samrat comes in hurriedly, furious and in a rage, grabs Samrat by the collar and asks how dare he do this. All are taken aback, while they try to let Ishaan go off his grip on Samrat. Samrat pretends to be ignorant and asks why is he so angry and what did he do. Damini too asks him what the matter is. When Ishaan tells what Samrat did, all are shocked. Anirudh and Damini ask him to elaborate. Ishaan asks Samrat to stop acting, and own to his planning. Urmi immediately gets concerned. Samrat continues, while Ishaan gets angry. Ishaan narrates everything, as to how he was befooled last night. Samrat asks how did this prove that he is behind this, and what possible motive he has, and that Ishaan is always after his respect. Ishaan asks what respect he has, being the Ghar Jamai. Anirudh and Urmi back Ishaan. Tani tells Ishaan to ask Urmi to back off, as Samrat hasn't done wrong, and infact has been wronged. Urmi irritably tells Tani that she doesn't know anything. Tani says that she knows something which she will now tell everyone else. She tells everyone that Urmi tried a murder attempt on Samrat and this shocks everyone. Samrat eyes Urmi taunting and evilly, at having played this trump card. Urmi stands shocked and boggled, at this accusation.

Tani starts accusing Urmi blaming her that she tried to kill Samrat in order to remove her from her path. But urmi vehemently denies it, while Ishaan rubbishes it as nonsense and asks Tani to even realise what she is saying. Tani asks Samrat to show his wound, which he does after much pretentious acting of not wanting to show. He finally reveals the gunshot, while Urmi and others are baffled. Ishaan asks what new drama is this, and insinuates that Samrat himself is behind this gibberish. Samrat says that he had told her that no one would believe him, and would only blame this too on them. Tani asks how can no one believe this. She tells everyone of how Samrat was in great pain and then told Tani that Urmi tried to get him killed. She says that Urmi has lots of contacts with the goons in Jhansi. He says that the murderer blurted out, and then Urmi too acepted that she won't spare him alive. Tani is instigated. He asks her to let be, as he hopes nothing would happen to her. She says that they won't risk his life and will come back. Urmi understands that this is how Samrat convinced her to come back to Mumbai. She tries to explain Tani that Samrat is emotionally blackmailing her and she is just playing to his tunes, but as usual Tani doesn't understand and holds it against him. Tani tells that Urmi might want desperately for her to go out from this house, but that won't happen. Ishaan too supports Urmi and says that he along with Urmi, both don't want her to leave the house. But they can't stand Samrat and his cheap tricks and tactics but Tani does not wants to hear anything.

Just then, Sandhya’s husband comes in with the watchman on the night duty yesterday, and asks Ishaan to stop, and identifies him to everyone. Samrat is extremely worried that his truth might be out now. Ishaan asks the watchman where was he all night, when he was shouting his lungs out. The watchman who used to work in the night admits that he by mistake had closed the garage door without knowing that Ishaan was inside. Samrat is emboldened, and signals him to carry on, while the watchman apologises profusely for his carelessness. Tani says that everything these days is always blamed on Samrat even though he is at fault. Ishaan refuses to believe this, but he is asked to drop the matter now. Samrat pretends to be tensed, thinking that it was a good move to buy the watchman with money, and that his respect is established forever. Samrat eyes Urmi evilly, while she is furious as she stares at him.

Outside, Samrat is trying to call, when Damini comes from behind. He asks what the matter is. She directly asks that the guard was lying. He asks why. She says that he must have told him, and that he had locked the garage. He is surprised, and says that she should trust him. She says that she does, and hence is saying, as he did the exact right thing. He is boggled at this change, while she elaborates that this is what they had decided that they won't let Urmi and Ishaan unite. Samrat is relieved and then narrates everything, saying that other than him, only she understands, and he wants to save her family from Urmi, so that it doesn't turn to ruins. Damini gets convinced and says that they have to save Ishaan from Urmi. Samrat asks what if Urmi got pregnant and then used the child to make him tolerate her, and then does a wonderful acting, of how she spoiled him, and his entire family, and that now Ishaan too will fall prey to Urmi’s plots. She says that they will have to save Ishaan anyhow. He says that he will do what needs to be done, and save her family from Urmi’s torture. He is victorious that she is convinced, who thinks that her only son married the wrong girl, and she would have to do something.

Meanwhile, Urmi calls Niranjan and informs him what Samrat did, and how he has come back and wonders what to do now. She thinks that Samrat must have gotten to know about their plan but he says that they will start another route now, but the problem is that he is in Mumbai now. He gives her hope, while she says that she will think of something else. He asks her to take care of herself. Samrat lurks behind her, asking if she gave the latest news to her pawn in Jhansi, as to how things have turned around here in Mumbai. She turns to him, in surprise that he knows and is confused and boggled. He sees through her plan and taunts her asking how she liked her defeat, as she loved it. She says that she wishes Tani saw this. He compliments her for her brainstorm, and tells how he had planned to kill him, but then heard him talking to her, and turned the tables around. Hearing this, she is tensed. She stoically says that she learned from him only. He reminds that he is her teacher after all, and is always one step ahead of her. He asks if she thinks she can outrun him. She says that she would, and asks him to beware of his own disciple, and how she will use his skill against him. He says that this isn't possible. He taunts her that her biggest problem is that she is a good player, but has her philosophies and principles, while he has no heart and no principles, ruling his life, and everything is legal and fair to him, as long as his victory is ensured.

While Gaurav is working with his new secretary, about the Grand finale of little Champs, and then their business, a doubtful Asha thinks that the secretary’s beauty will trap Gaurav now. He spots Asha lurking around and asks for water. Asha is frustrated as she complies. She gets two glasses of water, and intentionally spills water on the secretary’s dress. She apologises while the secretary is disgusted. Gaurav reprimands her, while Asha says that now this girl has no option but to go home. But he says that he has a presentation today, while she says that this girl can't work in wet clothes, as she might catch cold. He asks her to give some clothes of her own. But Asha is angry, saying that she doesn't have skirts like her. He asks her to give the girl some suit, and asks her not to argue. She grumbles but then complies, and takes the girl inside.

However, Urmi says that one day his lies would have their time up. He says that his lies would be the truth too. She says that she won't let it happen. Samrat taunts that she couldn't save her most awaited wedding night, and then what else can she save or do. She is taken aback and tensed, as she faces him. He asks if she actually thought that he would take it sitting down, that she would throw him out. He says that now he has returned in the full stature. Urmi’s tensed.

Ishaan shows up before Urmi with some strawberries box and asks her to eat it. Urmi takes and when she tastes one of the strawberry, it tastes sour. Ishaan then tells Urmi that he will taste the strawberry first and then feed it to her so she could eat the sweet ones only. He starts tasting them himself, and finds that they are sour. She is overwhelmed, while he gives her the third one, picking out the sweet one. She silently eats, while remembering their past moments. He gives her another one and when she tries it, he eats it first to check, and then satisfied, he gives it to her. She is teary eyed by his overwhelming gesture. She then takes it and feeds him too, and he complies. As they both have a romantic moment with each other, he teases her that it has become extra sweet now. They have a hearty laugh. She asks if he loves her this much. He cups her face and asks if she doubts him. She says that she can't believe that god intends her to be this happy. He says that given his will, he would have given her all the happiness in the world. He cups her face, and she takes the hand and thanks him profusely. They both look at each other romantically.

While Samrat is downstairs eating grapes, he finds Shaurya coming back from school, and tries to tease him to talk to him. But he ignores him angrily. Urmi finds the two together, and rushes down to Shaurya’s rescue. Shaurya asks his mother to tell Samrat not to talk to him, as he doesn't like it at all. She asks him not to worry as she would tell Samrat. Shaurya asks where his father is, and Samrat is shocked seeing that he is not regarding him as his father but Ishaan. Urmi says that he is in the room. Samrat says that Ishaan is just his fake father, and smirks. Shaurya says that he is going upstairs for some secret talk with his father. He goes. Urmi asks Samrat to not get involved and stay away from Shaurya. He waives her off. She hastily is about to leave, when Sandhya comes grumbling about distrust. She tells that the neighbour’s daughter has been stranded by her husband, who went abroad. He too takes amusement at this. Sandhya continues to rant, while Urmi says that girls should be self-dependant, and intentionally to screw with Samrat, she says that people don't lose selfish motives, as they marry rich girls, and then live off the wife’s money, without any work. Sandhya too agrees, while Samrat fumes barely able to compress his anger. Sandhya and Urmi continue ranting, while Urmi continues to pin Samrat, that this luxury isn't for always, as one wrong move and all the luxury will vanishes. She taunts Samrat who hastily rushes out. Urmi smiles.

Samrat goes to his room, and finds Tani, busy reading a magazine. He starts to vent his frustration, but finds that Tani is completely engrossed. He tries with extra drama to grab her attention, but in vain. He starts getting frustrated. Finally he picks up the two glass and tries once again, but she doesn't see. He is furious now. He tries to make all sorts of noise to get her attention, but fails. Finally, he gives an overdose of drama, saying that he believes she doesn't love him anymore, while she gets concerned, and asks him to spill it out. Continuing his pretentious acting, he says that he feels helpless like a woman. She asks if he is okay. He tells her that he has become a woman in this house as he has no work to do and he needs a job to do and adds that there was a time when he didn't have the space to breathe. She asks him to work then. He asks how Tani Sinha’s husband do a job, as that would affect the status of the family, and then she and Anirudh won't be able to face the society. She starts thinking, while Samrat adds on that, he wants to become a businessman and would like to run a hotel like before. Tani tells Samrat that that he isn't helpless when his wife is alive and that it is possible, as she is here. She says that if he needs a hotel, then she would talk to him rightaway. He is overexcited thinking that he is a lucky person to get this girl. He kisses her hands, and she is happy to see him happy.

Downstairs, Anirudh and Sandhya’s husband discuss business, when Tani comes and announces to her father Anirudh to buy a hotel for Samrat. They all are shocked. Anirudh asks if its that easy. Damini asks what's this nonsense. Tani says that it's her right. Urmi says that its a huge investment and they can't make it in a snap of a second. Tani waives Urmi off. Ishaan asks her to behave well with Urmi. Anirudh says that maybe she is being instigated, as this is Mumbai, and asks if she has any idea of the enpenditure involved. She is insistent on her demand. Sandhya is shocked asking how can Tani talk like this. Samrat asks Tani to let it be, pretending to be hurt, but complying nevertheless. But Tani says that her father would have given her hefty dowry which she demands now. Samrat says that he is completely against dowry. She says that they saved money on weddings. Urmi tries to talk about financial savings. Tani reprimands Urmi. Anirudh says that Urmi is the daughter-in-law, and hence has all the right to advise her, and she is infact right. Samrat is frustrated thinking that all keep praising Urmi only, and wonders what to do now. Anirudh asks if she even has any sense, and says that they won't fulfill any illegitimate demand. Anirudh asks if she wants Samrat to get busy and work, then says that he can join office from tomorrow, and work with him. Samrat is at a loss of words, while Tani is extremely happy. He is frustrated that Tani is a fool, but then complies nevertheless thinking that he will turn the tables around, thinking that they are fools to let him in their family business. Samrat thinks that by involving him in the business, they are writing their own ruins, as he would eat into their name and fame, and they will rot completely. Anirudh wishes him the best of luck, and he too reciprocates back.

Samrat is tensed wondering what to do now, as he strolls nervously on the roof. Ishaan's mother comes to meets Samrat and asks him that, what plan does he has in his mind to keep Ishaan and Urmi separate, as both of them would stay in the home today. Samrat frustratedly tells Ishaan's mother that he does not have any idea on how to keep Ishaan and Urmi separate and further says that they can't let the lovers unite, and will have to finish this once and for all. Damini says that she has thought of a permanent solution for this problem, and hence has planned to meet someone today. Samrat is tensed wondering what is she upto now. Damini starts talking where she would meet a peer Baba who would give a solution for this problem and could put in an evil spell. He smiles at her naivety while she says that recent happenings have made her desperate and that she can resort to anything. He suppresses his laughter and asks her to carry on. She leaves. Damini leaves, while Samrat thinks that he doesn't need anyone else, to change his destiny.

While on the other hand In their room, Ishaan and Urmi are seen where he eyes Urmi arranging the room, while reprimanding him, for being so careless. She hollers at him, and finds him lost in her. He says that he is looking at his wife, and asks if she has a problem with that. She asks if he doesn't have to go anywhere or any other work. He denies saying that he would be here only, despite any emergency, and asks her to carry on, and he will not disturb and do his own work. He teases her while she is unable to concentrate. He asks where is his gift, and she says that the gown is nicely in the almirah. He says that he is talking about the other one, the sensual lingerie that got her so angry. She is embarassed and shy too. He teases her that she should wear that only. She turns around and glares at him. He asks her not to be angry, and not wear if she isn't in the mood. While they are having a romantic time unaware of the plans that Samrat and Ishaan's mother are crafting for them. Urmi foot slips, and he leans on top of her, saying that this is just the beginning. An awkward romantic eyegaze and embrace follows. She shuts his eyes, while he leans in to kiss her. Just then, the maid comes in. He asks what the matter is and that she should knock before coming. Urmi is embarassed and rushes down. Ishaan is amused. Urmi finds Shaurya playing and defeating Ishaan's father at chess, and is happy. She is happy to see Shaurya opening up to everyone in their family so nicely. Ishaan too comes and finds this camaraderie, and praises it. Ishaan says that he taught Shaurya who now outwits him. Anirudh says that he feels he will lose today. On Ishaan’s signal, Urmi asks her father-in-law Anirudh why were they called. He says that he has to give something to them, which is their secret and a surprise for Ishaan and Urmi. They are boggled. He asks them to wait and goes to the almirah, while they are confused. They turn to find him him taking something out.
