Ex-Enyimba player and Kano Pillars defender dies in auto crash after football match

The Nigerian Professional Football League was thrown into mourning on Sunday when the tragic news of the demise of Kano Pillars Defender and Ex Enyimba player Chinedu Udorji was announced.


According to reports, Chinedu died in a ghastly motor accident after his current team Kano Pillars played a draw with his former club Enyimba at the Sani Abacha Stadium Kofamatar, Kano.

The deceased was voted Man of the Match during Sunday's NPFL matchday 9.
