Abia State Lawmaker, Mandela Obasi Empowers Constituents With Cutlasses, Hoes

Just like Governor Ortom of Benue state who empowered his constituents with wheelbarrows last year, a member of Abia State House of Assembly, Honourable Mandela Obasi, representing Ohafia North State constituency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is in the news again for empowering his constituents with cutlasses and hoes.
