Court Orders Arrest of Innoson Motors Boss, Chief Chukwuma

A high court sitting in Lagos has today issued a warrant for the arrest of the CEO of Innoson Motors Limited, Chief Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma, over his failure to appear before it.

Mojisola Dada, the judge who gave the order said Chukwuma should be arrested and brought to court on March 1, the next adjourned date.

Recall that the embattled Innoson Motors boss has been having a running battle with Guarantee Trust Bank, GTB over a transaction.
