It is no longer news that the Nnewi Most Powerful Body known as Nzukọra Nnewi has endorsed the Reelection bid of Governor Willie Obiano.


The endorsement was certified on Sunday 5th November, 2017 by the Nzukọra General Assembly. The event which started in the afternoon became agog as soon as Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, CEO of Capital Oil And Gas arrived the Nnewi Round About which is close to the Nnewi Youth Hall, the venue of the meeting.

Kindly note that majority members of Nzukọra were outside waiting for the Oil Magnate to the extent that Nnewi Round About was filled to capacity.

As soon as EbubeChukwuỤzọ arrived the Nnewi Round About, Nzukọra members started cheering him and that forced him to get down from his Rolls Royse Phantom to also cheer up his brothers and sisters.

Accompanied by huge crowd of Nzukọra members, EbubeChukwuỤzọ trekked from the Round-About to the Nnewi Youth Hall where he received overwhelming welcome.

It is important to note that Nzukọra warmly welcomed Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah who arrived the venue.

Threatened by Dr. Ubah’s presence, few imported touts attempted to interrupt the peace of the meeting with laughable and baseless chants but the presence of core Nnewi indigenes subdued their charade.
