Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, a major contender of 2017 gubernatorial election under the platform of People's Democratic Party PDP is a man who has reiterated the need to improve and diversify the state economy by exploring all the available sectors and opening them up for interested partners and investors.

The enthralling feel of homespun life remains the appeals that drives tourists.

That could not be told for my state Anambra, though, blessed with abundant tourist sites. And It's believed to have more attraction sites than any state in South East/South South region, but the love for mismanagement of fund meant for the poor masses has caused successive leaders to totally neglect the need to improve them.

Despite the fact that we have rich tourist sites which ranges from Agulu-crocodile Lake regarded as one of the nicest scene to behold, the impressive waterfalls at Ogba-Owerre Ezukala, Ogba-Ukwu cave, the amazing scenic Ogbunike cave where the Wife of the Governor H.E. Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano hails and Rojenny Tourist & Resort Garden Oba.

The above tourist sites and more had been successful neglected, and if they are well taken care of, they will improve our state Internal Generated Revenue, IGR thereby creating more jobs for our teeming jobless youths and reducing the tax burden on poor market women and widows.
