Winners of the 2016 INVICTUS FOUNDATION Igbo Essay Competition have emerged.
The Igbo Essay Competition was hosted by INVICTUS FOUNDATION with the aim of promoting literacy and getting people to read in mother tongue languages. It formed part of the activities to celebrate the birthday of its founder- Obinwanne Okeke.
The competition called for book review entries from STUDENTS of Nigerian Institutions. Each participant was expected to make a choice of any ONE out of 50 listed Igbo literature books and review in Igbo language in not more than 700 words.
The 2016 INVICTUS FOUNDATION Prize recipients of a TUITION SCHOLARSHIP each are:
First Place

Second Place
Okoye Amara Maryann
Federal College of Education(Technical), Umunze.
Third Place
Okonkwo Joel Izuchukwu
Federal College of Education(Technical), Umunze.
