The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka, today, upheld the elections of lawmakers representing Anambra South Senatorial district, Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah of the YPP and Sen. Uche Ekwunife of the PDP, representing Anambra Central Senatorial District.


Senator Ifeanyi Ubah defeated Chris Uba of the Peoples Democratic Party and Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress at the tribunal while Senator Ekwunife defeated Victor Umeh of the All Progressives Grand Alliance.
