The Senator representing Anambra South and the national leader of Young Progressive Party (YPP), Sen. (Dr.) Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah was live at the 20,000 capacity Alexandria Stadium, Alexandria, Egypt where the Super Eagles of Nigeria defeated the Burundi national team.
Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah is in Egypt for the 2019 Total African Cup of Nation in his capacity as AFCON Organizing Committee Member. Recall that Sen. Ubah who is also the biggest football investor in Nigeria was in Russia in 2018 as one of the FIFA'S guests for the 2018 World Cup Fiesta with other world football stakeholders and investors.
Also, recall that Sen. Ubah assured Nigerians during the 2019 Anambra South Senatorial campaign that if elected, he will sponsor quality bills that will efficiently and effectively harness potentials and opportunities that abound in the nation's sports industry, especially in the Football subsector, in order to provide Nigeria economy the platform to reap the bountiful benefits.
Super Eagles of Nigeria will on 26th June, 2019 play another of their Group B match with Guinea team. A win in their next match will make qualify for quarter finals.
