Dr. Ubah will be representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the 9th Senate. He defeated Chris Uba of PDP, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu of APGA and the incumbent Senator, Andy Uba of APC to emerge winner with over 86, 000 votes.
