Meet Men of moral rectitude and impeccable character in 2019 General Elections

These men are heroes of our time for the exemplary behaviour they exhibited during the just concluded general election in Nigeria

1. CP Wakili Mohammed: The gallant Commissioner of Police in Kano State. He rejected a hundred million Naira bribe,  ordered for the arrest of the Deputy Gov of Kano State who disrupted the collation process and ensured that the polls went on smoothly after which he was conspicuously redeployed by the inspector General of Police

2.  Professor Francis Otunta: The fearless Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture in Abia State. He ordered the arrest of the  EOs for tampering with original results. He went ahead to declare the original results and declared RT Hon Emeka Ihedioha as the Governor of Imo State, Nigeria.

3. Mr. Mike Igini: Resident Electoral Commissioner in charge of AkwaIbom State.  Against all odds he refused bribes, refused to be intimidated and still went ahead to restore sanity in AkwaIbom.

These are men of honour. They make you still feel a sense of hope for the country.
