BREAKING: Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu loses in court

The sacked APGA candidate for Anambra South Senatorial Zone, Prince Chukwujekwu Nicholas Ukachukwu, has lost again in Court.

According to AIF Media reporter in Abuja who was in court today, Ukachukwu secretly filed a suit at the FCT High Court, Abuja praying the court to restrain APGA and INEC from obeying the judgement of Justice Valentine Ashi delivered on December 13.

Justice Ashi had nullified the Anambra south senatorial primary election of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA which Ukachukwu allegedly emerged winner.

He was in court seeking an injunction but the Court refused to grant interim orders, saying it has no jurisdiction to do so now until all the processes are before the it.

The case was adjourned to 3rd January 2019 for the defendant lawyer to file his responses.

Ukachukwu reportedly wanted to use a vacation judge to get an injunction but with the refusal to grant him his request, the case will certainly go back to the trial Judge.

As at today, APGA has no candidate for Anambra South Senatorial zone.
