BREAKING: More trouble for APGA as Bianca Ojukwu insists Victor Oye must 'resign and refund'

The lingering crisis ravaging the leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA took another turn today as Bianca Ojukwu, the wife of late Igbo leader shunned the ongoing reconciliation initiated by the party.
We earlier reported that top APGA leaders besieged the Enugu residence of the former beauty queen in an effort to appease her over the outcome of the party's primary election which she described as "cash and carry".

Reacting to the visit, Bianca insisted that her "position, as well as that of the majority of members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance remains that Oye Must go".

Below is what she wrote:
“AS APGA MARCHES ON TOWARDS THE GENERAL ELECTIONS:  QUALITIES OF A LEADER.

“Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, General Of the People’s Army crafted the Ahiara Declaration, the Iconic document which embodies the principles of the revolution wherein he espoused the qualities of a good leader.

Excerpts..
’So often, people complain that they have been ill treated by those who are to serve them, but the truth is that they allow ourselves to be bullied because they are not man enough to demand and stand up for their rights....

“Those who exercise power must bear in mind that they do so on behalf of the people. They must not tyrannize over the people because they are accountable to the people for the way they use that power. The people HAVE THE RIGHT TO RENEW OR TERMINATE THEIR MANDATE...
The leader is accountable at all times to the people for his work and the work of those under his charge, and must accept personal responsibility for any failure or shortcomings, and depending on the gravity of this failure must RESIGN or be REMOVED.
“And where he is proved to have misused his position of trust to enrich himself, the principle of public accountability requires that he be punished severely and his ill-gotten gains taken from him.

“A leader must at all times stand for justice in dealing with people and must have the physical and moral courage to aspire the people out of despondency.

“He is accountable to the people for the use he makes of their mandate, and must get out when the people tell him to get out.’

“Based on the foregoing, as the candidates of the party march on towards the main elections, My position, as well as that of the majority of members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance remains the same if the party is to achieve any substantial success .....  REFUND AND RESIGN   OYE MUST GO.”
