The paramount factor in getting it right in Anambra South at this epoch is the non-negotiable insistence on leaders with a track record of consistency in service delivery and grassroots leadership. The adoption of leaders with exceptional character and skills is critical to the political and socio-economic emancipation of the zone and for that to berth, there has to be alignment between the sense of identity of the leader and that of the followers for leadership to work.

A brand of representation that will leverage on candidates with verified wealth creating sagacity and hands on business management experience. This can only be delivered by a certain class of leaders who have experienced and witnessed firsthand the difficulties the system has bequeath on the common Igbo man struggling to make ends meet. These are the class of leaders who has experienced a change in their own mind-sets driven by years of active involvement in the national economy.
