Why are Igbo people sharing photos of Plateau killings? Joe Igbokwe fumes

Controversial chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Joe Igbokwe has queried Igbo people on their involvement in sharing some of the gory images of the latest Plateau State killings by suspected Fulani herdsmen.



Recall that over hundred people were killed on Sunday in some of the Plateau villages when some suspected members of the dreaded Fulani herdsmen invaded the area.

The newly reelected Publicity Secretary of the party in Lagos State was responding to a Facebook user who shared the photos calling on President Buhari to intervene.

He wrote: “Why is it that it is Igbo people that are posting the pictures of Plateau killings? Are we involved in the killings? Why this sudden love for Benue and Plateau People? I suspect some people are killing innocent people. to score cheap political point but time will tell. May their souls rest in perfect peace. Meanwhile they are not reporting the tribal war between a section of Ebonyi and that of Cross River State now.”
