Payal makes Dev sit and asks him not to feel bad about Goonjun’s taunts but she is sure he will reach his destiny soon and is also confident that he will protect her always. She tells him that she is with him and will never let anything bad happen to him. Dev says he agrees that she is with him always and he is thankful for that, he repeatedly says thank you so much and he sadly hopes he could have done something for her.
Payal says he has done a lot for her, he stood with her always, so she wants to ask him something which he should not deny. He promises. She says nobody can be better husband than him, and now she wants to take their relationship to a new step and become bestfriends forever. She extends her friendship hand and he happily grabs it.


Balaram does not find Neelu at home and asks Indu where is she. Indu says she has gone for her practice and yells why the instructor makes her practice so much. Balaram says she is an athlete and has to practice. Rajath comes with silver utensils and gives it to his mother. He asks her to perform pooja from these utensils. Balaram jokes that he is bribing god, but god does not accept bribe and will punish for every mistake. Rajath gets sad and gets into his room. Indu scolds her husband for irking her son and sends Alka to bring him back.

Jagadev with Aditya reaches the contractor’s office and gives him 3 crores. The contractor says he needs at least 8 crores for his land, else he can give it on lease for 99 years. Jagadev agrees as the contractor gives him the land deal on 99 years lease in exchange of 3 crores. Phul Singh looks at Jagadev’s signed papers and tells his assistant that he was expecting Jagadev to read the papers, but he did not and now he can easily grab his house for non payment of debt.

Jagadev feels that business is going extremely well and is sure that he will repay the loan to Phul Singh as soon as possible and gives money of bundles to Santoshi and says it is for daily expenses and she can spend lavishly and not like Payal’s monthly salary which she has to spend cunningly. Payal enters with Dev and sadly asks how can he say that when she is also family member of this house. Jagadev then asks why did she insult him during birthday party. Dev interrupts, but Jagadev yells at him and leaves asking Santoshi to keep the money safely in the locker. Santoshi opens the locker to keep the money and is shocked to see the house property documents missing. Guddi says only she ( Santoshi ) and her father have the house documents. Santoshi says she does not know who took it. Guddi calls Jagadev and says mom lost property documents.


Gulkan starts shouting at Santoshi that this house is made from her brother’s money and she lost documents. Santoshi asks Jagadev if he took the documents. Jagadev denies and scolds her that she cannot handle the documents properly and is dreaming of handling the house. Payal asks her mother-in-law to calmly check. Aditya thinks original documents are with Phul and he has a photocopy, but wonders how to keep it in front of everyone and he informs his father. Jagadev takes the documents, keeps them between the saris acting as if he is searching for them and shows everyone that Santoshi carelessly kept them here. Payal thinks she did not find the papers here till now, then how come her father-in-law got it. Jagadev continues scolding Santoshi and she starts crying. Jagadev then invites everyone for Aditya’s project’s bhoomi pooja and also says whoever wants to go to office or attend the interviews can do so. Jagadev invites someone for bhoomi pooja over the phone and tells Aditya that soon they will rule this house and they don't have to wait for Payal’s salary or hear Goonjun's yelling and now they will show them that they are most important in the house. Aditya says he wants to break Payal’s ego. Jagadev says once his project is successful, it will be a tight slap on Payal’s face and her dignity will be shattered.

Dev sees Payal sad and thinks she must be sad due to his father’s increased misbehavior now a days. He enters her room and asks if she is missing her parents. She says yes. He says her face shows her sadness. Payal says she is thinking why her father-in-law and Aditya borrowed 5 crores from Phul Singh for their project and why Phul easily gave them money and hopes they are not doing anything bad. Dev says they will attend bhoomi pooja tomorrow and find out. The next morning, Dev and Payal reach Jagadev and Aditya's bhoomi pooja venue. Phul also comes with gifts and sweets and gives it to them. He asks how did they buy such a big land in such a less money. Aditya says if he is starting such a big contract, he had to use his brains. Jagadev asks everyone to sit for the pooja. Balaram and family also come in and Jagadev asks how can they be there. Dev says since he was busy, he invited them on their behalf. Jagadev says he did good and greets them in.

Rajath asks Dev if Aditya started this project suddenly or he was working in it before. Dev says suddenly. Guddi badmouths about Payal in front of her family and says they were suffering financially under her rule and now with Aditya’s project starting they are seeing money rain. She continue to says it is good that Aditya’s project started, else they were tired of borrowing money from Payal. Balaram asks when Dev’s coaching classes are going well, why did they need Payal’s salary. Payal interferes and says she was just helping her family. Santoshi takes Guddi from there and scolds her for trying to tell their secret. Jagadev comes there and she tells him about Guddi’s mistake. Jagadev says if they would have heard it, they would have taken Payal home and he wants same. Santoshi is shocked as her husband says he wants Payal to be out of the house. Payal hears that and feels devastated.


The pooja starts, the priest asks Aditya and Goonjun to sit for the pooja. Payal continues feeling sad reminiscing her father-in-law's words. Dev sees her sad face and thinks she is sad as he invited her parents. He apologizes to her and says he did not mean to hurt her feelings. Phul gets a call and leaves the pooja venue after informing Dev that he got some important work. The priest finishes the pooja and asks everyone to stand for aarti. Jagadev asks Dev where Phul is. Dev says he got some important call and left. Jagadev says now that pooja is done, he will let them see who will book the flats first. Rajath comes in front and says he needs top floor’s flat. Payal gets tensed. Indu says Rajath is earning well and it is good if they get their own house. Rajath gives 5001 rupees as shagun to Aditya and he enters his name.

The priest asks Jagadev to bring Kheer Puri to serve it to god. Jagadev asks Santoshi who says she did not bring it and have not prepare it. Payal says she will go home and prepare it. Dev leaves along with her. Payal starts preparing Kheer Puri, Dev tries to help her and burns his hand. She gets tensed and starts nursing his wound. Phul Singh enters with his goons to give the remaining 2 crores to Jagadev and Aditya and does not find anyone. He calls Jagadev and Aditya, but they don’t pick their call. Aditya calls back and Phul says he came to his house to clear the remaining 2 crores of his house mortgage. Dev and Payal come out and are shocked to hear that. Phul says he will send his man with the money.

Dev informs his family that his father and Aditya mortgaged their house for 5 crores for their project. On hearing this, Goonjun gets angry after knowing Aditya mortgaged the house for work and yells at him. She tries to break the pot on his head and says he can even mortgaged his kids and wife. Aditya gets angry and shouts at her. Jagadev who feels that his business is going extremely well and is sure that he will repay the loan to Phul Singh as soon as possible proudly says he mortgaged the house as the profit will be very much and will return the money to Phul with the flat bookings but what Jagadev doesn’t know is that he has made a deal with a crook who plans to ruin his entire family. Goonjun asks what about his brother. Aditya shouts that the house is in his dad’s name and he can do anything and nobody should question him. Jagadev takes him and leaves, leaving Goonjun fuming. Balaram asks Rajath if he is under a lot of work pressure. Rajath holds his hand and says he can trust him, he will fix everything in a short span. Balaram says he should not forget himself in a race of success.

As people come to Jagadev’s house for flat bookings. He asks Santoshi to bring tea and snacks for the guests. Dev and Payal silently stand and watch their drama. Jagadev asks Aditya to ask people who are watching them if they believe them now or not. Aditya says in 2 hours, he booked 10 flats. Jagadev asks Santoshi to prepare a sumptuous dinner and not a diet food with someone’s salary (Payal). Payal gets tensed hearing this. Phul’s man watches Jagadev’s moves and informs him that the booking is happening fast. Phul gets tensed that Aditya is getting a lot of flat bookings. He sends him to keep a watch on them and tells his assistant to send his more people to book flats and says if they come to repay 90% of his debt, he will transfer Jagadev's whole property in his name.

Meanwhile, Dev informs Rajesh that he is tensed as he was expecting tuition fees, but did not get it yet. Rajesh says he can take up a full time job and gives him an idea. Dev likes it. Aditya asks Dev to become his partner instead of doing small time jobs. Dev rejects his offers and thanks him for considering him. Jagadev counts the money and tells Aditya that they will earn 12 - 15 crores profit even after paying Phul’s debt. Dev reaches Payal’s office. Payal tells him that she inquired about Phul Singh and he seemed to be a bad person. Satish tells him how Phul gives money on interest and grabs their properties. Dev thinks of informing his father about it. Jagadev is busy booking flats and his client asks him for discount. He says 90% flats are booked and if he delays, he will lose even those. His client books and asks if he will complete the project on time. Jagadev confidently says of course. Dev with Payal reaches home and Jagadev taunts them that they don’t trust him, but he is minting money. He leaves with Asituation to Phul’s office. At Phul’s office, his assistant serves him a lot of snacks. He asks why so much. Phul insists. Jagadev eats the snacks and Aditya gives him 4 crores to Phul Singh.
