PHOTOS: Police attack Jewish worshippers at Nnamdi Kanu's house

Some Jewish worshippers who came to Nnamdi Kanu's house for prayers on Friday were reportedly attacked by the men of Nigerian Police force.

Judaism is the religious faith IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu belongs to.

According to reports, after an all night vigil, the group sent out a delegation to buy food for them.

Trouble started when they returned half unclad and reported that they were accosted at a Police checkpoint where they stripped and one of them arrested for no just cause.

Four of the leaders of the group decided to go find out what happened and why the inhumane treatment was meted out to their members, but they were arrested and taken to the Police station.

The group decided to go to the Police station to protest but were welcomed by armed policemen who shot and teargassed.

Members of the congregation displayed their injuries to reporters asking why they were treated that way when all they did was to converge at their member's house, Nnamdi Kanu for worship.
