Okorocha gifts BBNaija winner plot of land, and scholarship, gives others N2m each

Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha played host to Big Brother Naija former housemates, Miracle Igbokwe, Nina, Teddy A and Bam Bam who are from the State.

According to reports, the governor gifted Miracle, the winner of the reality TV show a plot of land and scholarship for his Commercial Pilot License (CPL).


The governor also gave Nina, Teddy and Bam Bam N2 million each. He has also promised to support Nina in the completion of her course.

The event took place at the State's government house, Owerri.

Some social media commentators are however not pleased with the governor's show of "Father Christmas", noting that the State Government is still owing pensioners and state funds should not be given out as gifts to people who already have several endorsement deals lined up.
