Don Jazzy [real name Michael Collins Ajereh] recently threw a challenge to all men, he called it chioma challenge.  He asked us what we will give our “girlfriends” for them to have assurance that we love.  His challenge was a result of the highly noisy publicity about the 45 million Porsche car gift a singer called Davido { real name David Adedeji Adeleke} gave to his girlfriend call Chioma [full name  Chioma Avril Rowland}. These are my observations and advice to all concerned and those envying her.


1. Relationship should be private thing not social media events with silly unnecessary publicity.

2. Chioma is still a student at Baabcok University, how is she taking her studies seriously with all these distractions? Are her parents alive and approve that their daughter in a Christian university will be a poster girl for cohabitation?

3. At 23 years, what will she do with a 45 million naira car? Is she aware the publicity has increased her ransom value? Can she maintain such a car? Will she go will armed escorts always and everywhere?

4. She and her parents must urge Davido to per her dowry for them to marry formally and wed because it will transform her from a girlfriend to a wife.

5. She can also get a car that is below 5 million and sell the car from Davido for 40 Million and do the following:
A. Build a water factory with 30 million naira and employ up to 50 people. Her bottle water can be called DAVICHY or AQUACHY and will be marketed all over the country
B. She can team up rice producers and create a brand, CHIOMA Rice and will make over 50 million a year if she invests 30 Million.

C. She will buy 13 neat cars at 2.5 miliion and register them it UBER or TAXIFY and they will 40K each per week and together 520K a year and 27.4 million in a year for an investment of 30 Million naira.
D. She can also get 100 hectares of land in any rural area for mechanized farming and the Nigerian Bank of Agriculture will sponsor CHIOMA Farms Ltd for a mechanized farming.

6. Some Nigeria ladies must resist the attempt of some men to parade them like trophies all over the social media. They must work hard to earn their own money legitimately, not just folding hands to be famous girlfriend or a notorious baby mammy.

7. I wrote this without any prejudice, bias, envy or jealousy but as a wealth creation consultant and relationship counselor. I wish Chioma  good luck in her studies and wish Davido also good luck in his music career
