Egwuoyibo Okoye joins reps race for Nnewi North/South/Ekwusigo Federal constituency

A former house of Assembly member, Hon. Egwuoyibo Okoye has obviously changed the political equation as he formally declared his intention to vie for the Nnewi South, Nnewi North & Ekwusigo House of Representatives seat in 2019.



In a statement made available to cfrmagazine.com, Hon. Okoye said it was time to rise to the challenge and rescue the Federal constituency.

He said his aspiration is in the interest of the the good people of the constituency.

“After wide consultations, cutting across friends, political associates and supporters, we have come to the conclusion that we need to rise to the challenge in the rescue of our constituency.

“As we all know this struggle is not for personal reasons or interest but for the interest of our people, humanity and our constituency.

“With God Almighty, the support and determination of our people, we shall get there for the development we all dream of,” he said.
