Tuesday February 13th Update On “Modern Homemaker” Episode 142-144

Kanhaiya comes running down the stairs calling out Sona’s name. He plead with her to get him his breakfast so he can leave for the police station. Sona replied him that his breakfast is ready, his tea, his fruits, and his bread. The moment Kanhaiya sits down at the table, Sona notices Chitrasi and calls her name. She asks where she is going? Chitrasi lie that she had taken a vow that she would go to the temple to pray and feed the poor.

Only after that will she eat something and going to the temple has become a habit of her and that she don’t find peace without going to the temple. Sona asks who will she go with and point out that no one is at home. She then offer to come with her. Kanhaiya also offer to drop her and pick her up. Chitrasi refuses saying they don’t have to get worried because of her and that she will go on her own. Kanhaiya says he know she can go alone, but he will drop her. Sona adds that she will come too and that way she can also pray. Chitrasi agrees saying she will be right back. Sona tells her husband that she made a mistake and she should have left her go alone. Kanhaiya asks why? Sona says when people see him and her together they’ll talk about it. Kanhaiya asks if she doubt him? Sona says no but he heard now. She reminds him that Deva even said it and he’s from the family and still, she don’t know what the outside people will say seeing them together and she don’t like it if anyone talks anything wrong about him. Kanhaiya then tell her that she don’t need to think so much about these things and asks if is forgiven about the saree incident? Sona asks what is he saying? She says she should ask for his forgiveness as she spoke with him very rudely. Chitrasi is shown pouring some juice into two glasses. She starts talking to herself that she knew that Sona would come in between and she will also see how she comes with them. She puts a pill inside a glass of juice and mixes it in it.

Kanhaiya tells her that she don't need to apologize. Sona tells him to have some breakfast. Chitrasi comes back and offer them to have some juice. Sona ask why did she take the trouble? Chitrasi explain to her that it's really hot outside and because of that it is necessary to keep the brain cool. Sona takes a glass and starts drinking. Kanhaiya takes a sip from his glass. Sona finishes most of the juice and tells him to have his too. Kanhaiya starts drinking more. Sona finishes her juice, he thanks Chitrasi and asks if they can go? Everyone gets up and starts walking towards the door. Sona starts feeling a bit dizzy. Kanhaiya ask Sona, what happened? Chitrasi take her inside. Sona says maybe she ate something wrong last night and says if she take some rest, she will be fine. Chitrasi tells Kanhaiya to stay with her, and she will go on her own. Sona tells them to go that she will be fine. Kanhaiya refuses. Sona decline him and tells him to with her. She further tells him that she hasn’t even eaten anything and asks him not to worry about her. She assured him that she will be fine soon. Kanhaiya pet her to take care of herself. Kanhaiya walks out. Chitrasi also tells her to take care of herself. Sona tell her not to worry. Chitrasi leaves.

Moment later, Sona wakes up from her nap and looks at the clock. It says 5:00. Sona talk to herself that she’ve been sleeping for 5 hours and the headache is still not gone. She then decide to take some medicine. She gets up out of bed and searches the drawers for medicine and wonders where the medicine is? She then think it might be in Chitrasi’s room, she decide to go and check there.

Chitrasi and Kanhaiya are walking to the car. Just then, Chitrasi is feeling dizzy and Kanhaiya asks if she is okay? Chitrasi says yes. He tells her to stop this fasting and need to rest. Chitrasi assured him that she is fine and if he is not getting late, and asks if they can go back to the Shaktidam mansion and rest for a bit. He agrees with her that when she feel like she is feeling better, they’ll leave and tell her to come.

On the other hand, Sona walks into Chitrasi’s room and talk to herself that she don’t know where she keeps the medicines. She opens a drawer and notices the rubber snake. Sona realize that it's a fake snake and thinks back to the incident. She realize that Chitrasi lied that she didn’t see any snake and wonders why is it here? She notices the pills and sees that it's sleeping pills.

Chitrasi thinks to herself that Sona madam husband will be with her alone in the Shaktidam mansion and now who can stop him from becoming her? While Sona is washing her face in the bathroom and recollecting the incident again. She remembers Chitrasi coming out of Kanhaiya’s bathroom, she thinks about the juice incident and thinks to herself that Chitrasi is surely going to do something wrong as she don’t have a good feeling about this. She then decide to talk to him about it now.

Kanhaiya tells the servant how they were at the temple and how she fell sick and decided to come here so she could rest. He says good thing they came here as this palace has become so quiet with no one here. He asks them to sit while he prepare for some food. Sona calls Kanhaiya and he answers. Sona asks where he is? He inform her that he is with Chitrasi at the Shaktidam palace. Hearing Shaktidam, Sona asks Why? Kanhaiya says because she fell a bit dizzy because of not eating all day and she said she wanted to rest here for a bit and then leave so he said okay. He then asks why she sound so dull and asks if there is anything to worry about? Sona thinks to herself that she don’t understand how to tell him everything on the phone. Kanhaiya again asks her to tell him if she is feeling okay? Chitrasi comes up behind Kanhaiya and grabs the phone telling him to give it to her as she wish to talk to Sona. She snatches the phone telling Sona that she regret deeply that because of her he’s late in returning back. She explain that she was feeling dizzy so she told him that they could come here so that she can rest for a bit. She then tell her not to worry that they will return soon. An upset Sona tells Chitrasi that she have found out but Chitrasi pretend not to hear and calls out to a servant asking what is he making for them? She walks into the kitchen away from Kanhaiya. She puts the phone down but its still on.

Sona keeps saying hello while Chitrasi hangs up the phone. Sona talk to herself that Chitrasi is really up to something. She tries calling again but Chitrasi makes sure Kanhaiya is busy with his stuff and hangs up the call. She puts the phone on silent. Sona tries again, but again no one picks up. Sona is getting frustrated. Kanhaiya asks Chitrasi if his phone is with her and tell her to give it to him. She picks up the phone and walks towards him. She thinks to herself what she should do and drops the phone on purpose. Chitrasi tells him to please forgive her that it was an accident. She picks it up and hands it to him. He looks at her. She again begs him to forgive her. He asks why is she embarrassing him by apologizing repeatedly? He reminds her that she is not well, he tell her to rest then they can leave later. Chitrasi says she always make some mistake or another and again asks him to forgive her for this. Kanhaiya says he’ll have to apologize to her in order for her to stop apologizing and asks her to rest. Sona keeps trying while Kanhaiya’s phone says “the number you have called is currently unavailable. Please try again.” Sona says it was ringing until now and wonder what happened so suddenly? She calls again receiving the same message. Sona says she hope Chitrasi is not about to do something wrong and she have to stop her and she is going to have to save him. She is worried as she can’t even reach him and she have no other choice. She then decide that she will have to go to Shrirampur.

Chitrasi is holding a small bottle of something. She remembers when her mom told her that no matter what Munna had to sniff the substance. But to remember that after he sniffs it, the impact will happen slowly and not right away and she should not think that it’ll affect him right away. Chitrasi says this is how it should be so that he doesn’t start doubting her. Just then, there’s a knock on the door. Chitrasi immediately hides the bottle and it's turn out that it's the servant who shows her some flowers. Chitrasi compliment the beautiful flowers  and then thank him. She takes out the bottle and pours the content on the flowers.

Sona asks someone when the bus for Shrirampur will come. The guy says it just left and tell her to look over there. Sona sees the bus and runs after the bus. Chitrasi comes up to Kanhaiya with the flowers telling him they are from their garden. She tell him to smell them as they smell so good. He takes the flowers into his hands. He smells them.

While Sona is show running after the bus. She finally gets tired and stops running after the bus. Sona is on the road crying. She pray to God to please help her. She sees the bus has stopped in the middle, really close to where she is now. The bus starts again, but this time someone in the bus notices her and tells the driver to stop the bus. Sona gets on the bus and sits down. On the other hand, Kanhaiya and Chitrasi are eating. Chitrasi thinks to herself that she wonder when the medicine will have its effect.

Kanhaiya starts eating while Chitrasi watches and Sona is still on the way. Kanhaiya tells Chitrasi that she look much better now and they should leave after eating as its raining season and the roads are also bad. Sona in the bus keeps trying to call Kanhaiya and the number is unreacable. She buys the ticket to Srirampur and asks how long more would it take for them to reach Srirampur villager and the guy reply her that in 1 hour. Sona is shocked saying 1 hour? Kanhaiya finishes his meal and tells herto lets them leave. Chitrasi says they just ate and maybe he can have some rest for a while. He says there is no need for it as they need to return to Allahmebad before it starts raining. Chitrasi thinks to herself how long more will the medicine start taking effect? A the same time, Sona arrives at Sakhti Dham calling out for Chitrasi. Kaka ( uncle ) comes out and asks if she is looking for Munna and Chitrasi? He then inform her that they have left long time ago and a shock Sona says if they left here, then where could they have gone? She hope Chitrasi is not planning anything big. Kanhaiya is shown to be in the room sleeping while Chitrasi is smiling watching him. She sits next to him and starts unbuttoning his shirt.

A flashback is shown where Kanhaiya reaches the jeep and he starts feeling dizzy while Chitrasi convince him that he need rest and asks how will he drive the car in this condition? She tells him to listen to her and come back inside to have some rest. Kanhaiya denies while Chitrasi convices Kanhaiya further and brings him inside. She brings him to the room and makes him sleep on the bed while Kanhaiya can hardly open his eyes and starts sleeping. She then tell Kaka that if anyone comes looking for her, to say to them that they are not here and if Sona asks for her, then he should inform Sona that they have left from here. Kaka agrees and back to present where Sona shouts Chitrasi name. Chitrasi is shocked to see her there! Sona walks to Kanhaiya pushing Chitrasi aside and tries waking him up. She shouts at Chitrasi asking what she did to him? A surprise Chitrasi asks what is she saying? She explain to Sona that he is not feeling well and she made him sleep here. She adds that she was only unbuttoning his shirt for his easy breathing. Chitrasi starts walking out of the room and Sona walks behind her saying enough of her lies and demand to know the truth now. She bluntly tell her that she have known that everything happening in the house is only her plan.

The snake and the saree burning is all her plan and she want to know what is her plan and why she did all this. Chitrasi stares at Sona and starts laughing, she claps her hands that she thought Sona was only a housewife but not bad as she proves she is smart after all. Sona point out that she did all this because she want him and that she will never be able to win his heart by doing all this in this birth. Chitrasi asks Sona who wants to win his heart? She further tells her that she is so innocent and that she only want what everyone wants to lead a happy life and the only thing she wants is money and wealth. She is also a normal human being and she just want his money and wealth, that is why she need him. Sona asks if she did all this for money? Chitrasi says yes! Because Babuji have named all this on Kanhaiya’s name and that is why she wanted to chase her out of Kanhaiya’s life so that she can take the place and inherit all these wealth. She also adds that, all her guess is right as everything was done by her including her falling down from the stairs. Everything happened as planned, she tells her not to be surprised that she is the one who put sleeping tablets in her drink.

She further tells her that if Sona is smart, she is smarter and she is not going to back off now. Sona reply her that she is shocked to see her true color and even after being caught red-handed, she is still so daring to speak like this? She know what is going to happen to her but she is going to reveal about this to everyone. Chitrasi says perhaps she have forgotten that she have been with everyone longer than her and no one would believe her as everyone considers her to be an innocent village girl. Sona says she may cheat everyone but she will not allow her to continue this as she is the real daughter-in-law of this family and she know the values of being in a family.

Chitrasi puts her hands on Sona’s shoulder and says alright then, that she can do her work and she will continue do her work and to see who wins. Sona removes Chitrasi’s hands and says no matter what she do, she will never win as she will keep coming in between for her husband and her real family. Chitrasi challenge her to lets them see if that happens as she will chase her away from Kanhaiya’s life. They hear a sound and Sona rushes to the room while Kanhaiya is getting back to his senses. He asks Sona when she came. Sona thank god that she came on time or else, this woman would have made use of the situation. A confused Kanhaiya asks what she mean? Sona explain to him that Chitrasi is not like what they are thinking of her as she only wants her money and wealth. Everything that have been happening in the house lately was her plan and she wants her ( Sona) out of his life for her plan to work out easily. Kanhaiya asks if she know what she is saying and how could she say such things against Chitrasi? Sona asks him to trust her but a furious Kanhaiya says how would he trust when she is blamming Chitrasi who have been looking after his father and brothers all these years? She reminds Sona that Chitrasi have been living as a widow all this while and asks what happened to her and why did she dislike her? He then asks if she can prove it. Sona realizes that she was imagining it and Kanhaiya keeps asking Sona what happened? Sona brushes it off saying that she was not able to contact him and she came to see what happened. Sona thinks to herself that she is lying for good so that she can get evidence against Chitrasi so that he will believe her when she says it for the goodness of the family. Chitrasi thinks to herself that she know what Sona is thinking and she will never allow that to happen. Kanhaiya says he don’t know what happened and he slept off.

He suggests them to lets them leave now as its getting late. Sona stares at Chitrasi while Chitrasi heads towards the front seat. Seeing this, Sona stops her telling her that she will not be able to rest properly here and tell her to sit at the back. Kanhaiya agrees while Sona gives a winning smile to Chitrasi and sits next to her husband Kanhaiya. Later in the night, Kanhaiya apologize that that he made all of them worried. Chitrasi says that it's her fault that the phone broke and they went to Srirampur for her prayers. Siddeshwar says he wonder why god made this things happen and adds that both of them look so good together and Siddeshwar stops seeing Sona. Chitrasi asks why is he saying things that will not happen and Kanhaiya leaves to change. Deva tells Sona that it's fine that they went and asks where did she go too and asks if she know how long they have been waiting for her? Sona asks him to forgive her and explain to Deva when she could not get his phone, she had to leave urgently without informing anyone. Bheema asks Sona to go and make something as they are hungry. Sona says alright and leaves while Deva says wonder what Kanhaiya saw in Sona that Chitrasi doesn’t has which Sona hears and walks away.

Sona is cooking in the Kitchen when Chitrashi comes laughing and says that she feels bad for her when the family members humiliate her, afterall she ( Chitrashi ) is also a woman. Sona doesn't responds and Chitrashi says very soon she will throw Sona out of the house and seeing Sona's silence, she says that her confidence is good but when it turns into a thing to be proud then its really bad. Sona finally pours a spoon of her dish in Chitrashi's hands and she throws it away. Sona asks if it is necessary to speak about ones winning everytime. She leaves the kitchen while Chitsashi talk to herself that Sona is very proud of herself but she will throw her away of the house soon and thinks she is proud of her cooking, she will spoil it and when Chitrashi tries adding salt to the dish, Sona however saves it and tells Chitrashi that whenever she will do something wrong, she will find Sona on her way.

Chitrashi gets angry as she ruin her plan. On the other hand, Deva, Bheema and Kamal plays carom, Bheema says he is not liking the place and Shrirampur was best for them. Kanhaiya is resting on the bed and Sona adjusts herself near him. Kanhaiya tell her that he wants to say something which he had not told Sona ever and these days whatever is happening, they are not getting time for each other. Sona asks what. Kanhaiya says whenever he dreams, he sees that Sona is away from him and he feels like she will leave him forever. Sona is worries and he continue that the morning when he wakes up, he finds his Sona and he feels good. Sona smiles and they come more close to each other seeing each other face to face. He says he feels he knows her not from a year but from thousands of years and she is made only for him. Only Sona makes him complete and he loves her. They both shares an eyelock and Tum Ho moment song starts playing in the background.
