Couples crossing the Atlantic on board Virgin Atlantic's recently acquired planes will be able to enjoy each other's company in one of the new 'Love Suites' in the upper class cabin.
The airline, founded by billionaire Richard Branson, announced on Monday that the four refurbished Airbus A3300-200 jets will come equipped with three new types of seating arraignments: Love Suites, Solo Freedom Suites and Solo Corner Suites.
From March, the Love Suite, designed with couples and small groups of travelers in mind, is located in the center of the upper class cabin. There are three Loves Suites on each plane, accommodating up to six passengers total.
According to the air carrier, the Love Suite is ideal for dining, watching movies or catching up on work in-flight with your travel companion.
The 287-seater Airbus A330 planes, which Virgin has purchased from Air Berlin and overhauled, will be christened Strawberry Fields, Honky Tonk Woman, Scarlett O'Hara and Daydream Believer.
