Corps member dies in Abuja hospital after intestine was mistakenly blocked by Doctor

A serving male corps member, Usman Aliu who graduated from the university of Abuja has died today, 15th February, 2017.

According to reports, Usman who was down with typhoid and malaria was allegedly diagnosed with wrong sickness in a hospital located at Kubwa, Abuja which blocked his intestine making it difficult for him to feed normally,

He was later transferred to Specialist Teaching Hospital Gwagwalada where the anomaly was discovered.

Unfortunately, it was to late for him as he died early this morning.

Meanwhile, a medical doctor who spoke to cfrmagazine.com. said the report could be false. According to him, the deceased might have suffered from intestinal intussusception which is a rare complication of typhoid fever or even typhoid perforation and haemorrhage.
