The traditional wedding ceremony between Jenifer and Onyekachi Uzoegbu, popularly known as 'Ide' has come and gone but the stories of the event keep reverberating across the city.

Marriage or wedding ceremonies among the Igbos of eastern Nigeria is not much different today to what it used to be 100 years ago. A wedding is called “Igba Nkwu” in traditional Igbo language, and it's an affair that joins two families and villages together, not only the man and the woman.

The glamorous marriage ceremony took place in Ukpor, Anambra state in grand style on January 4th, 2018.

Jennifer is the sister to popular South African-based businessman Obinna Chris, a.k.a Alhaji Shinkaffi.
