Later, Shashi instructs Kanchan to get the girl to start working, as Samrat doesn't like work undone. As Shashi leaves, telling Kanchan that Radha will stay in the store, hearing Samrat holler at her, Kanchan instructs her to stay away from everyone, and just stick to her work, and especially not cross paths with Samrat, for his mood swings, and his temperament. Samrat comes home and gets everyone downstairs, excitedly. He excitedly says that they have found a second groom for Aditi, and all are pleased, while she is shocked as her brother shock everybody when he tells them that he has fixed her marriage with a well known family and she is tensed. Samrat is super excited at having her relation finalised in a political household and influential family. Aditi however is extremely scared about this.

Later at Saroj’s residence, Ishaan reaches Gaurav's house and all are excited to see him come with Anu. Urmi's entire family narrate tales about how Samrat and Urmi are giving them a tough time. Granny tells him about Devi’s paralysis. She starts thinking that maybe Ishaan can make Samrat understand. He says that no one can make Samrat understand, as he wouldn't have broken off his friendship with him. Granny asks him to make Urmi understand and think about what she is planing to do. Ishaan tells Granny and others, that he is with Urmi on what step she has taken. Granny asks if he knows, what a life left, for a divorced woman will have to live. Anu tries to argue as to how unfair this is, and that she will interfere, when elders are wrong. Saroj is highly tensed, and asks her to calm down, and not boggle him with their problems. Granny asks him what brought him here. He gets tensed and then says that he came for some work, professionally. He thinks that he couldn't stop himself after knowing about Urmi. Ishaan thinks that he himelf is responsible somehow for Urmi’s condition. He is apalled. Meanwhile, Anu however is convinced in her own dream world, that he has come here for her.

On the road, while Ishaan is walking on the road, attending to a call, Samrat, passing by is shocked to see ex-friends after a long time on a road. Samrat is shocked to find Ishaan, and wonders what's he doing here in Jhansi. He comes to him, and stands behind him, while he is busy in his call. When Ishaan turns around, he is shocked to find his ex friend Samrat standing in front of him.

Samrat, who is happy to see his friend after a long time is in his casual self, he excitedly hugs him and address him as his close buddy forgotten the fact that they once had differences in the past. However, Ishaan’s reactions towards Samrat is cold, as he know of the atrocities meted by Samrat on Urmi. Samrat still tries to be friendly with him and enquire about Ishaan’s well-being, but Ishaan did not respond properly. Samrat ask Ishaan to stay at their place as usual, but Ishaan bluntly refuse the offer and tell him that he would prefer to stay in a hotel. Ishaan’s blunt and repulsive behaviour stunned Samrat. At the end of it, Ishaan make sure to convey his mind to Samrat that he knows the true face of him, just as he knew several years ago. He accuses him to be insensitive, selfish and ungrateful. Samrat gets surprised when Ishaan shows his anger towards him for being an insensitive person. Ishaan tells him that he does not want to be his friend and he clearly tell Samrat that their friendship had long back broken off, but the threads to it that were still now hanging around would be cut off now. He tell Samrat that with their friendship ending, he will now face him every time as an opponent and not as a friend and further expresses that he does not even wish to speak to him and does not want to ever see his face again. Samrat is tensed to hear this.

That night, Urmi thinks of how Ishaan had played a major role in getting her married to Samrat, whom she currently hates. Next morning, Urmi goes to her lawyer with the divorce papers that Samrat had signed. The lawyer is afraid that the case will come to an end very soon and he will not be able to get the desired money out from Urmi. He finally asks Urmi for a huge sum of money to go forward with the case. Urmi agrees to give him the money. Later, Urmi gets surprised when she finds Ishaan speaking to Sushma and Tiwari at their house. She shows her anger towards him and tells him to leave. He tried to say something but she refuses to listen.

Sushma and her husband are tensed, as Ishaan tries to get Urmi to atleast listen to him once, while she keeps snubbing him off, and asking him to get lost as she doesn't have anything to talk or listen to him about, and that her life was ruined as it is, when she heard him and paid heed to his advice, and now he wants her to go through that charade once again. He starts getting frustrated and asks to be given one chance. Sushma too asks Urmi to soften up, but Urmi,  who is in no state of mind to believe anybody who is even remotely associated with Samrat is adamant, that Samrat sent him here to advocate for him, as that is the only possible explanation that he turns up after all these years and for what. He is hurt to hear this as their is no little trust in her for him like before and asks to be heard just once, this time a little more vehement. He points out how he ended his friendship with Samrat, when he got to know of Samrat’s adultery in Goa, he leaving India after calling off his friendship with Samrat and had apologised to her profusely without giving any explanation, and how he continued to feel guilty afterwards, that he was responsible for getting her stuck in a ruined life with Samrat, but he realised that after marriage, when he had nothing much to do. He tells her that he has no idea about all that has happened between she and Samrat. He begs for forgiveness, clarifying how he thought her presence in Samrat's life would change him for the better. Urmi behaves indifferently and says that he can move on with his guilt free life, as she forgives him. He offer his sincere help and asks her not to snub him away, as he is here to help her only, and that's the reason that he came after all these years, when Anu told him on the phone about her and her life. She asks him how can he help her, as she is independant enough not to need anyone’s apologies and sympathy now, and that he can move on with his life, now that she is not a scared little girl anymore. Ishaan is appalled.

At Samrat’s residence, the family with whom Samrat had proposed Aditi's marriage came to the house to meet Aditi. Samrat along with his family, entertain the prospective groom’s family, who have come to see Aditi. They start expressing their shock as to how his own wife left him, as the girl is ill fated that she left him. Samrat drinks his anger, and behaves calm and composed himself. His family is tensed too hoping that he won't be upset. They all then change the topic to Aditi and ask where she is. Samrat, who organises a second marriage proposal for his sister orders for Aditi to be brought before of the family. Kanchan says that she sent for Radha, to get Aditi. Radha sneaks up behind the pillar and Samrat enquires from her that Radha is her sister. Just then, Radha calls Kanchan and informs that Aditi is not in her room, and Kanchan says it aloud in horror, shocking everyone and boggling them. Samrat asks them and Diwaker to search for her. Shashi relives them all, by getting Aditi ready and dressed up. Radha longingly eyes Samrat, as his back is turned on her again. But Samrat doesn't see her yet. Aditi resignedly wishes them. She is made to sit beside, remembering how Amrit had asked her to meet the propsective in-laws’ as he won't let her get married to them. Rudra asks about their son, and the family says that in their consent is his too. The match is done and everyone eats sweets and celebrations begin. The groom’s sister likes the bangles that Shashi wears and compliments her on them. Samrat instantly asks his mother to take the bangles off, while she is hesitant, and the groom’s family says that this is not needed. Kanchan is amused at her mother-in-law’s plight as she hands over the bangles to the groom’s sister.

After samrat sees them off, and Samrat is glaoting as to how Aditi’s life got settled, which would have been ruined as no one wants a used commodity, and all are shocked as to how callous he personified his own sister to a commodity. Rudra and Diwaker point out what's weird is that the groom, the most important person in fixing a relation, was missing. Shashi says that she gave her bangles away in vain. Samrat asks them all to chill, and that they are not happy for Aditi. samrat says that this is just an investment, as once the marriage is done, fame and money both will come to them, and then they can use this power. Kanchan asks what's she trying to insinuate. Samrat says that he would mint money by the politician’s advantage. Aditi asks if this is a business settlement instead of her marriage. Samrat shuts her up saying that this is what she is best for, as she is otherwise useless. Aditi asks why are they marrying her off. samrat says that they have indirect advantage to get comission for his ( samrat ) company’s tender. Samrat is pleased, while all others are shocked.

While in a restaurant, Anu tries to chat up with Ishaan excitedly, while he is only concerned with Urmi’s plight. Anu is in her own dream world, that Ishaan came back for her only. He asks Anu why doesn't Urmi stay with her own family. Anu tells him how her father Devi and Granny didn't support Urmi and threw her out of her own house. Ishaan is tensed to hear this. While Anu starts ranting as she hesitatingly brings up the topic of marrying, as the pressure is on her, while Ishaan is still lost in Urmi’s plight. She jerks him out of his deep thoughts. He asks her to get married. Hearing this, she excitedly says that she would come up with everything, now that he is back. He thinks that he would give everything to help Urmi, but she should give him one chance.

Meanwhile at Jhansi Court House, Urmi goes to meet her lawyer who is handling her case and to whom she had paid an advance amount of twenty thousand. Urmi searches for her lawyer but does not find the lawyer at his usual place and when she doesn't find him, she tries his phone, but it is unreachable. She also finds two other lawyers sitting their instead and recognizes the two people who were talking to her lawyer that day and approaches them. She tries to ask about how she is not able to get her lawyer. It turns out that Urmi's so called lawyer was only a fraud that ripped her off from the start as the two lawyers ask Urmi to forget about her advance and say that the previous lawyer has escaped with her money. Urmi is shocked hearing this as she gets to know from other public prosecutors, that her so called lawyer befooled her and ran away with the money, that she had given as an advance for her case. She is appalled and distraught as to what to do now. She asks how can he betray her like that, as she arranged the money with dire adversities.
