Zee-World: Friday Update On “Modern Homemaker” Episode 41 - 43

Back in the house, Dimple and Julie tease Chicku. Dimple and Julie continue to tease Chicku as the first person to be expelled from school. Julie asks where does Chicku goes missing after skipping schools? Chicku reply them not to pretent like they all don’t do the same. He have been caught this time, but it doesn’t make them all better. Dimple and Julie tease that their aunt Sona and his mother Renu have gone to see his principal and to just wait and see what happens next. Chacha tells Chicku that education is really important and Neelam supports it. Chicku asks what is the benefits of studying?

Chacha says he need to study if he want to have good future. Sona comes in telling Chiku that he have to study if he want to create a name for himself. Chacha says that she is right and asks Renu what happened? Renu says that they are only given three days for Chicku to do the admission exams and Sona says they will start the studies from today. Chicku tries to make some reasons and Renu scolds him for that. Manohar is worried and asks how will he be able to do this in three days? Sona says they don’t have time to argue now, all they need is to make Chicku study and she will help Chicku to remember. She calls Chiku to come. Renu watches Sona teaching Chicku and thinks to herself that Sona have not even opened book, and she wonder what will happen to Chicku’s education. Kanhaiya comes to Chicku and Sona asks why is he back so fast? Kanhaiya asks Chicku to look at his books and Kanhaiya then makes reasons saying that he is feeling romantic now. Sona asks Kanhaiya to go up first as she is teaching Chicku. Renu who is watching this wonders what is happening here. Udham calls Neelam, Neelam informs Sona that Udham had called her, and tells her to please look at the kitchen for a while. Sona then tells Chicku to lets them go to the kitchen and study. A worried Renu comes to Sona and says that she have been watching that Sona keep having disturbance doing this work, and that work. She asks if it's like this, how would she teach her Chicku? Chacha asks her not to worry as Sona is just starting to teach and they can’t rush. Chacha then asks Sona to give importance to Chicku and leaves.

Sona is in the kitchen doing her cooking work while Chicku is also in the kitchen. Sona tests Chicku asking a few question and Chicku answers it correctly. Darshana comes and asks for a cup of tea while Sona asks Chicku to memorize his tables. Chicku asks Sona why do they need to learn history and geography. Hearing this, Sona, who takes the responsibility of Chicku's studies leaves the food on the stove and goes to answer Chicku’s questions. Chicku suddenly starts sneezing, Sona asks why he is sneezing and she realize that the Masala is burning. Sona rushes to off the stove and drops a plate while Kanhaiya calls out for Sona asking where the file he kept in the room is? Sona says that it's in the cupboard while Chicku runs out of the kitchen. Sona goes to call Chicku back and Darshana asks where is her tea in which Sona says she will bring it. Kanhaiya asks about his file and Sona asks him to give him two minutes that she will be back. Neelam comes to the kitchen and asks what happened which Sona updates her. Neelam asks Sona to teach Chicku while she will take care of the rest.

While Sona is teaching she goes to Bindiya who just walked in and asks if she can go to any shop and get game atleast while Bindiya asks Sona to ask someone else. Sona says they are running short of time to teach Chicku, and again she requests Bindiya to get some educational games for Chicku and Bindiya accept and leaves. Bindiya sees Julie coming back and asks how come she is back fast and Julie says that all her friends is teasing her since her aunt Sona told her uncle Kanhaiya to send and fetch her from college. Bindiya is not hapy with it. Bindiya walks back and Sona says she have been waiting for her, and asks if she bought it? But Bindiya forgets to get them from the shops and says that her kids didn’t need any games to study. Renu joins Bindiya and taunts Sona. Renu says that since Sona have been teaching Chicku, she will double check how Sona have teached Chicku. Renu goes and sees Chicku missing and taunt Sona again that she could not take care of Chicku. Bindiya asks Sona not to interfere in other people’s matter. Sunaina Devi hears what is happening as Bindiya updates what happened to her. Sunaina Devi gets annoyed after watching Renu and Bindiya interference in Sona's teaching and tells Sons to stop doing all these new things in the name of teaching. If she can’t teach then to tell her and she will arrange for something else while Sona says that she will teach Chicku. Suhnaina asks Bindiya and Renu to leave and Sona thinks to herself on how she will change the system in the family as new problems keep arriving. Sona sees Neelam bringing the clothes alone, Sona goes to help Neelam and Neelam asks Sona to teach Chicku instead.

Sona tells Chicku that he needs to learn all the subjects that it's equally important. Renu and her husband gets worried about Chicku's studies. Renu complain to Manohar that they are running out of time and she wants to teach Chicku instead but his mother dearest is not allowing it. Manohar point out that two people can’t teach Chicku and both Renu and Manohar starts arguing over this. Renu also talks about the whole family and says that she made a mistake by marrying Manohar and she adds that she is not going to allow Sona to teach Chicku. Manohar tries to stops her but Renu pushes Manohar down. Govardan comes in asking what are they both fighting for? Renu says that it's because of Chicku’s matter and Govardan leaves while Manohar is having back pain from the fall. Later in the night, Sona enters the room and Kanhaiya asks Sona what she is thinking of? He tells Sona that he will not be able to handle Chicku’s matter and asks her to leave it. Sona asks if he think like this, then what will others say? Sona tells Kanhaiya to help her to make Chicku join school back. Kanhaiya says he can use his power and Sona tells him that they need to handle this smartly. Dimple teases Julie that she feels sad for her ( Julie  ) that she has to follow their uncle Kanhaiya to college but Julie says that she knows her way out while Dimple asks her not to do anything wrong or she would get caught. Julie assures her sister that she will not get caught. Sona is still teaching Chicku and he says that he keeps forgetting what he learns. Sona tries testing Chicku again while Chicku is not able to answer correctly. Sona on the other hand gets worried after watching Chicku's inability to grasp the knowledge as he is not even able to answer simple questions and wonders how he would do his exams? Sona asks Chicku not to worry as she is the same during the same age. Sona further says she has a way and the problem will be solved. She says Chicku believed her but she don’t have any way and wonders what she would do next.

Chiku is playing with his ball when Sona stops him, she takes him to the table and tells him to eat but Chiku says he is not hungry and continues playing. Sona goes to the kitchen where she takes a big jar from the cupboard. Renu and her husband comes and sees Chiku playing. Renu calls on Sona, she answers but she continues to take out the little jars, while doing so Sona slips and the big jar falls on the ground and breaks. Renu and her husband hears this and they come to the kitchen, both of them tells Sona that now she is in trouble as Mummy will be really angry, Chiku also comes there and sees this. Sunaina then comes to the kitchen asking what the noise is, when she sees the broken jar, she ask how did it fall from the cupboard and break and demand who did it. Sona answers that it was her. Sunaina is in tears and she tells Sona if she know what she did, and that the jar was used all these years and that it was a remembrance of Kanhaiya’s father. Sunaina continues scolding Sona while Sona cries.

Chiku tries supporting Sona but Renu sclods him to keep quiet, Renu tells Sona that she cannot gain their sympathy by crying, Sunaina tells Sona to clean the mess and they leave. Sona is in her bathroom, washing her face, when Neelam comes in, Sona tries to hide that she was crying. Neelam comforts Sona and manages to cheer her up by making her smile. Neelam touches Sona’s face and says she should keep smiling, when Sona realises Neelam has fever. Sona gives her medicine and makes her drink it. Neelam then leaves.

Meanwhile, Chiku is studying and reading his book, when Sona notices this, she smiles upon seeing this. She brings food for Chiku, but Chiku doesn’t take, after a sweet conversation between them, Chiku eats and then he resumes with his studying. Sona looks at this smiling. Julie on the other hand is walking when Anuj comes and talks to her, Julie tells him she doesn’t want to talk to him but Anuj stops her and he offers her a rose, Julie insults Anuj .

Julie continues to insult Anuj, and then she walks off. While walking away, a hand touches Julie’s shoulder, she turns around and only to sees it's Avinash (her uncle Kanhaiya's friend). Kanhaiya is coming down the stairs calling on Julie, when Renu stops him, she tells him that Julie has already left for college. Kanhaiyya is angry hearing this, he says he specifically told Julie not to leave without him but still she did. Kanhaiya then leaves. Avinash and Julie are talking, where Julie is telling him he should visit their house. Anuj comes there and sees her and Avinash talking. Avinash leaves and Julie walks off all happy. An angry Anuj takes his rose and crushes it on the ground. Julie is walking back when her uncle Kanhaiyya stops in front of her with his bike, he scolds her as to why she left home without him, he warns her that she should wait on him next time, he tells her to get on his bike as he will drop her to college, Julie sits and they leave.

Sona is teaching Chiku, but Chiku complains how he is not understanding the directions. Sona takes him and she spins him around and begins teaching him the direction, Chiku smiles and says now he understand. While talking, Renu, who think because of Cheeku’s behaviour, she experiences humiliation and comes there. She tells Sona how Chiku will learn like this? Sona tells Renu that Chiku is learning and Chiku agrees, Renu scolds Chiku and walks off. Udham is looking through his files, when he sees Neelam, he scolds her and tells her he cannot find his file, he tells her to pack up the other files, Neelam goes to the table and is sad, she turns and looks at Udham when he again scolds her. Neelam is sad and crying. Chiku and Dimple are running, Dimple has the bat and Chiku has the ball, and they are fighting, Dimple runs off while Chiku goes to Sona. Sona and Chiku has a conversation and Chiku leaves. Later, Darshana and her husband Durgesh are watching Tv, Sona comes there and ask them to keep the volume lower as Chiku has to study and Darshana talks and tells Sona to leave. Meanwhile, Sunaina and Cha-cha are having a conversation upstairs.
