According to online reports, Hon. Okpokiri Nwanaka Okpokiri, the Lawmaker representing Ahoada West constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, decided to deliver “dividends of democracy” by buying and Gifting 85 pieces of Gionee M5 Phones to his constituents.

Below is what he wrote:

"In furtherance to deliver Dividends of democracy to his people Hon. Okpokiri Nwanaka Okpokiri JP, member representing the good people of Ahoada west constituency in the Rivers state house of Assembly has released 85 Gionee 5 phones to his constituents for easy communication"
