INEC fixes date for House Of Assembly bye-election for Idemili North to replace the late Hon Francis Mmegbuanaeze.

The Independent National Election Committee (INEC) has fixed November 18, as the date for bye election into the Idemili North state constituency.


According to INEC timetable, all political parties are to conduct their primaries on or before October 31st.

The bye election is to replace the late Hon Francis Mmegbuanaeze who died on August 16, 2017 after attending APGA governorship primaries.
