High Profile Hate And Inciting Lies Against Ndi Aguleri, A Call For Action

INTRODUCTION.
For sometime now, some political contractors and professional political lie peddlers have been junketing, and perambulating all over the social media sprouting all manner of blackmails against Ndi Aguleri. It is a known fact that Ndi Aguleri are hardworking, peace and lovely people. What I don't understand is why some clandestine individuals ndi obi ojoo swore to paint Ndi Aguleri black before the rest of Ndi Anambra. Is Aguleri the first town that produced a governor in Anambra state? Or is it because Obiano is involved? We are yet to understand the fact behind all these hate and inciting lies and blackmails.

APPOINTMENTS


In Anambra state, no local government is left out in the appointment of Commissioners. Awka South even produced two principal commissioners viz Finance and Power, Water and Utilities Commissioner. Anambra East which which is the home LG of Aguleri only has One Commissioner (Law Chinwuba) and one Special Adviser. I challenge any local government that is left out of Anambra Exco to come up with a protest. It is even worthy to note that some local government like Awka South got two key commissioners (Finance IFEATU ONEJEME and Public Utilities OBI NWANKWO) as well as the Principal Secretary (SIR WILLIE NWOKOYE) and the Head of Service( HARRY UDU) It might be as a result of being the Capital city local government. In Anaocha we have Commissioner for Lands (OKEY MOKA) and Commissioner for Youths and Sports (UJU NWOGU). Nnewi North local government with over 25 political appointees and several key appointees like Commissioner For Agriculture( AFAM MBANEFO ), Accountant-General of Anambra state (NGOZI OKONKWO) Director of Budget Office( SIR MELIE ONYEJEPU), Chairman of PPSMB (MRS ULASI) and the Chairman of Petroleum Committee (SAMs MOGBO) and yet these clowns closed their eyes on these developments. Let them check Abagana, Enugwu Ukwu, Agulu, etc, they will find out that they have good chunk of appointments from Chief Obiano.  It is not out of place for Chief Obiano to appoint Chief of staff from Aguleri. There is a serious need for those peddling these lies to cross check that of the previous administration appointments and see how they did theirs. These political contractors peddled that Chief Obiano appointed over 900 aides and Aguleri indigenes took 70% of the appointments went to Aguleri. From the calculation, 70% of 900 is 630. Can these blackmailers name 50 people that are from Aguleri in Obiano's cabinet? It is very sad that these lies and blackmails are coming up just to blackmail Chief Obiano. It is also to generate hatred against Ndi Aguleri. We can no longer fold our arms and watch people instigate hatred against Ndi Aguleri.

DEVELOPMENTS

In terms of development, they showcased that 80% of all the road projects were concentrated in Aguleri town only. This is another malicious publication generated to malign Aguleri people. It is on record that only the road leading into Otuocha township and few Aguleri hinter roads were tarred. The naming of the streets were done by the Anambra East Local Government and were duly paid for. These mischievous guys captured the name of the streets both in Aguleri and Umuoba Anam and projected all as built by Obiano. The fact remains that the majority of those roads are still in a bad shape not to talk of being tarred. These guys tend to forget that Nnamdi Azikiwe and Ukpabi Asika built Onitsha. Mbadinuju sited Anambra state university in his home town Uli during his tenure, Ngige built roads in Alor and Idemili during his tenure, Peter Obi built roads in Agulu and Anaocha during his tenure, Etiaba built roads in Nnewi during her short stint as a governor. In Enugu state, Jim Nwobodo built Awkunanaw, Chimaroke Nnamani built Nkanu. He built dual carriage way from Ozalla to Nkanuland and moved ESUT to Agbani his home town. He also built Rennaisance University, Mater Mea Elizabeth High School and Justice Nnamani Agbani Campus of the Nigerian Law School in Agbani. Chime developed Udi and environs while Ugwuanyi is developing Nsukka right now. In Delta, go to Oghara and see what Ibori did there  Why is it out of place and a crime for Chief Obiano if he does something good for his people and Ndi Anambra?  Is it because he is an Aguleri man? Why is it that these guys regard the lion killed by Obiano as nwa agu or that mma o ji gbu agu adiro nko?  Ndi Anambra, where is that brotherly love? Where has it gone to? Haven't Ndi Aguleri been supporting other zones before now?

Further more, the road leading to Aguleri was not built by Chief Obiano as they are insinuating. It was started by Dr Chris Ngige and was completed by Peter Obi at the penultimate time of his administration. Chief Obiano only did only 4 adjoining streets that transverse the road and these fifth columnists started blackmailing the governor and by extension Ndi Aguleri using the exaggerated figures to pollute the minds of Ndi Anambra. It is very unfortunate.

LIGHT UP ANAMBRA STATE

So far, over 100 kilometers of roads lit up, they are concentrated in Anambra central and Anambra South and little in Anambra North. The on-going street lights project from Oye Agu Abagana through Ifitedunu to Awkuzu, Nteje, Umuleri, Otuocha, Umuoba and Aguleri might be completed and  commissioned in few weeks. The  greater part of the lightening is not even in Aguleri. By the time it comes up, they will start telling the world that Chief Obiano has diverted all the street lights in Anambra to Aguleri. Why the bare-faced and instigating lies that it is only Aguleri that Obiano lit up? Check out other places where such projects are going on. Igwe Orizu road Nnewi, Amansea old road through Awka, Amawbia, Nawfia, Enugwu Ukwu, Abagana, Ifitedunu, Umunnachi, Umudioka, Ogidi, Nkpor and Onitsha Awka road all are illuminated. What of Nise, Agulu stretching to Nanka to Ekwulobia? What of the ongoing  light projects from Ekwulobia to Uga? What of Uga to Ezinifite that is ongoing? What of Afor Ukpor to Nnewi South LG ongoing light project? Obiano has equally awarded lights project in the following areas: Ojoto Mmili John road, Igwe Orizu-Eke Ochie Amichi road. He has done Afor Nnobi-Awka Etiti street lights. He has awarded Ichida-Adazi-Neni lights projects.

Does it mean that these rumour and lie merchants don't see these projects? Why is it that they only see that of Aguleri? Is Aguleri not part of Anambra? Why all the hate and inciting publications against Ndi Aguleri? Is it not xenophobic?

Again we are reminded that Mbadinuju developed Ihiala/Uli. Ngige developed Alor/Idemili. Obi developed Agulu/Anaocha. Obiano is developing Anambra including Otuocha/Aguleri. May be when one of the Obiano traducers become the governor of Anambra and he may decide to start his development from Birnin Kebbi. But Chief Obiano is spreading the developments in all the senatorial zones of Anambra state.

OTHER INFRASTRUCTURES.

These rumor merchants told the world that except the 3 flyovers in Awka, all other bridges were concentrated in Aguleri. Let me remind them that Kogi state were disputing Anambra claims to the oil well at the basin of Omambala River because the only access route leading to the oil field is through Kogi. Today, Akpokuodike built a bridge linking Anambra to the oilfield and thereby solidifying our ownership of our oil wells at the banks of Omambala. The Iyiora bridge is also to open up the agrarian areas and the route to the largest gas reserve basin in Africa. Oil and Gas deposits in Aguleri is fundamentally a gift from the Most High God and not man-made. These blackmailers will soon tell us that Chief Obiano took all oil and gas deposits to Aguleri. Why didn't previous administrations develop these areas for Ndi Anambra? It takes a man with a clear economic vision for Ndi Anambra to do it. Chief Obiano no doubts decided to develop these areas for Ndi Anambra.

Also in Ogbaru oil basins, the route linking those places are only from Oguta, Imo state. Chief Obiano decided to open up the area by continuing the road to Ogwikpele with many consolidated culvert rings and bridges. He is also extending the access road from Umunankwo to Ogwaniocha sprouting through Ihiala with a bridge across Ulasi river. Yet, they shout that only Aguleri is being developed. Why didn't the previous administrations deem it fit to open up these agrarian and oil and gas basins? Nobody seems to remember that the only 5 star hotel in Anambra state was sited by the previous administration in the governor's homestead and nobody is clapping for him. Yet, he didn't finish it in order to use it as a political litmus for his successor.

CLOSURE

It is obvious and clear that Ngige and Obi developed Anambra central and Chief Obiano is developing Anambra north. Why can't we support him to finish his tenure in order to change the tides. By the time he hands over to Ndi Anambra south, the development would be wholesome. ANAMBRA IS ON THE PATH OF DESTINY WITH CHIEF OBIANO.
All told,  we see politics in every commentary in Anambra let the perennial blackmailing merchants of lies let Obiano and Ndi Aguleri be to continue his good work for all parts of the state.
