APGA Leadership Crisis: Court Orders Obiano To Stop Parading Himself As APGA Guber Candidate

A Federal High Court in Abuja has reportedly ordered Governor Willie Obiano to stop parading himself as the the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the November 18 Anambra State guber election.

The presiding judge delivered a ruling to serve Governor Obiano through substituted means on a prayer asking him "to stop parading himself as the governorship candidate of APGA in the November 18th Anambra gubernatorial election".

Meanwhile, the debate is on whether a federal high court order supersedes the appellate court which initially gave judgment in favor of Victor Oye's APGA leadership.
