Police Arrest Killer Of Gulder Ultimate Search Winner Hector Jobarteh

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested the mastermind of the murder of a former winner of the Gulder Ultimate Search, Hector Jobarteh.

The police said the suspect, Ismaila Adeyemi, who was nabbed at Gas Line, in the Ijoko area of Ogun State, has already confessed to the crime.

The late 38-year-old Hector who has since been buried was trailed by his killers to his home in the Agege area of Lagos State, where he was shot dead.

The police had paraded some suspects at the command headquarters, which included a Uber driver, who took the men to the house, and others who purchased his stolen phone.


Lagos state police spokesperson, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, in a statement on Tuesday, said the police had arrested the prime suspect, adding that he would soon be arraigned in court.
