IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu Celebrates 50th Birthday

Today September 25th in the year 1967, a fearless young man was born into the family of HRH (Sir) (JP) Israel Okwu-Kanu in Isiama Afaraukwu, Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia State.

Hate him or love him, in about 2 years, he was able to ignite a serious debate about the wholesome restructuring of our dear country Nigeria, something that seemed impossible even before his birth.

He is also the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, which was declared a "terrorist organisation" by the Nigerian government.

However, the United States has said, "IPOB is not a terrorist organisation".

Popularly known as "Ohamadike" by his followers, he went into hiding after the military invaded his house few weeks ago.

Happy Birthday to him!
