Nnamdi Kanu And The Biafra Agitation, By Dim Clinton

Some are still consternated as to how many people both small and great across regional divides are seriously queuing behind or following the Nnamdi Kanu resonated demand for secession. Glue your mind to the relationship existing between Nnamdi Kanu  and all the Biafra Agitators Worldwide as I xray their connections.

The ability to motivate people is not such a big deal if you're a very sincere individual and selfless. Such leaders are usually unique in their own way. Endowed with the ability to inspire people to act. I believe that those who are able to inspire people actually give them a sense of purpose or belonging that has little to do with any external incentive or stomach infrastructure.

Genuine leaders easily create a following of people who act not because they were maneuvered or swayed into a course but because they were inspired.

It is not out of place to posit that for those who are inspired, the motivation to act is deeply personal. They are less likely to be swayed by incentives (like me). Another big truth is that those who are inspired are willing to pay a premium or endure inconveniences, even to the point of yielding to personal suffering. These kind of inspirational and charismatic leaders will create a following of people in various categories such as volunteers, supporters, agitators/crusaders, admirers, sympathizers, workers, sponsors,....who act for the greater good of the whole not because they have to primarily but because they want to. And let me not forget to add to the list of the expected followers some "less important" groups such as haters, detractors, agents, enemies, etc......whose primary aim of objection to the course of the hero is deeply enshrined in ignorance, envy, gross stupidity and self-centeredness.

Any sincere God fearing man with great vision knows that Nigeria is presently structured to produce corrupt successful individuals. The room for meritocracy if it ever existed has been desecrated, demolished and leveled with the thorn of corruption, clannishness, nepotism, tribalism, greed planted at every nook and cranny of her national life.

Every morning, when I finish reading the headlines of our present national dailies, I feel fired up the more to keep agitating for my kind of a sane, civilized, God fearing and better society. This is why Nnamdi Kanu and all those agitating for a new better society are great heroes. God and posterity shall be kind to us all.
