According to reports, the Toyota Corolla car with number plate, GGE 652 BJ had a head on collision with a truck.
The unfortunate incident occurred at about 9pm on Monday, 7 August.
Other occupants of the vehicle were said to have be receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
