Confusion As Father Dumps Four Children At Local Government Council In Agege, Lagos

According to Agege TV, there was confusion at Maternity Office, Agege Local Government Area, Lagos State when a man dumped his Four Children at the place with a Short Note in their hand, asking the Local Government Authority to Carter for them because "he can no longer fend for the Poor Children....due economic hardship".

In the note written in Yoruba language, the father narrate how his wife who happened to be the mother of the children left him for another man and abandoned the children.

It took the timely intervention of the Agege Local Government Executive Chairman Hon. Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi and other Council workers who rescued the innocent Children. They have been taken to a nearby police Station for Custody and proper care.

The Chairman was emotional when he saw the children and wondered why parent would do this to their own children.

He has asked that proper care be given to them pending the time the Police will complete their Investigation and engage the parent.
