UPP To Hold Primaries On August 19, Sells Nomination Form 5 Million Naira.

The United Progressives Party, UPP will hold its primaries to elect the candidate for November 18 governorship election in Anambra State on August 19, 2017.

According to the timetable released by the party and obtained by APGA Interactive Forum Media Group, the party puts its nomination form at 5 million naira.

Selling of nomination and intent forms will commence on July 24 and end on August 11.

Aspirants will be screened on August 11 and 12, while the primaries will hold on August 19.

Nomination form goes for 5 million naira while expression of intent form is sold at 500 thousand naira.

So far UPP has five governorship aspirants. They are;

1. Chudi Offodile
2. Osita Chidoka
3. Obumneke Ejimnkeonye Okafor
4. Prince Ifeanyi Ezechukwu
5. Ifeanyichukwu Edward Reginald Okonkwo (Onwa Nnobi)
