The Union of European Football Association (UEFA) have fined Manchester United with breaching the body's anti-doping rules in their Europa League 2-0 final win over Ajax in May.
Also, United defender Phil Jones has been banned for two matches and also fined. Jones' United teammate Daley Blind was also fined.
The punishment was announced on UEFA website today, June 31st.
Jones was understood to have been verbally abusive towards a doping control officer after he was requested to attend drug-testing after the final. While Blind was reluctant to take a test as requested because he wanted to celebrate with his team-mates.
For breaching UEFA's anti-doping rules, United was fined €10,000, Jones was handed a two-match ban and fined €5,000 while Blind also got fined €5,000.
Jones will now miss the UEFA Super Cup match against Real Madrid next week and United's first Champions League group stage match in September.
