'They are planning to appoint El-Rufai as VP when Buhari is declared dead'– Fani-Kayode reveals

Former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-kayode has revealed plan by unknown person to make Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai as VP to Yemi Osinbajo's if eventually Buhari is declared dead.
