Press Release: Enugu Appeal Court Verdict A Vindication Of APGA NWC – Agbaso

The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA unequivocally hail the decisions of the Court of Appeal, Enugu Division delivered on Monday, 10/07/17 reaffirming the positions,  decisions of the National Working Committee of APGA taken on the 5th day of October, 2016 sacking the erstwhile national chairman,  Victor Oye and upholding the nomination and appointment of Chief Martin Agbaso as the acting national chairman of APGA.

We further salute the courage, steadfastness and clear vision of the Justices that sat on the Appeal for refusing to be intimidated and confused by the elaborate maze weaved by the high profile learned senior advocates brought in by the opposition to propagate the lies that Ochoudo Martin Agbaso ascended the leadership of APGA through a donation of an Order of Mandamus of an Enugu High when infact the former occupant of the office was lawfully removed in a duly convened meeting in line with the extant provisions of the Constitution of APGA and subsequent replacement made accordingly.

With the final resolution of this impediment, the NWC of our party will meet to roll out in the coming days programme and timetable leading to the nomination of our candidate for the November 18th gubernatorial poll in Anambra state.
