PHOTO: Police Withdraws From The Suit Challenging The Order Of Mandamus

The Nigerian Police has withdrawn from the Appeal challenging the order of Mandamus given by Enugu High Court presided over by Justice Ozoemena , mandating INEC and police to recognise Chief Martin Agbaso and no other as the National Chairman of APGA.

In another development, the Order at Nnewi high court stopping Agbaso from conducting APGA primaries was also vacated.

Justice Chukwudi Okaa vacated the experte order. Meanwhile, the court adjourned further hearing to Friday 28th July.
