Nnewi High Court Order: 6 things Agbaso should know

By Ifeanyi Aniagoh

Here are 6 things Martin Agbaso and his supporters do not know concerning Nnewi High court order.

1. It's very bad, unpatriotic and denigrating to say or insinuate that our learned judges are silly... In the statement from Agbaso, Ukaegbu said that they are "not perturbed by the SILLINESS of the said Order and those behind it".

2. Die hard APGA faithful all over the world are very much happy about the "Nnewi" Court Order and are strongly standing behind the leadership of Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ikechukwu Oye.

3. The Order did not stop APGA from conducting Primaries but only restrains Martin Agbaso and his agents, privies from participating or conducting the Primaries.

4. Martin Agbaso and his agents can be served through substituted means meaning that their delay tactics cannot stop the proceedings.

5. The Motion on Notice comes up on Monday, July 24, 2017, early enough to once again set APGA on more solid and clearly ground to conquer.

6. The same law being quoted by Martin Agbaso and his agents stated clearly that you cannot become a National Chairman of a party without going through a National Convention.
