Portugal defender Pepe has joined Turkish champions Besiktas on a free transfer.
Pepe had been linked with a move to PSG, and had a medical with the French club, but agreed terms with the Turkish giants.
Pepe would instead agree terms with Turkish club Besiktas, and would fly to Istanbul following his Confederations Cup commitments.
According to Mirror, the defender has signed on a three-year deal and will earn around €3.25million per season.
Pepe, 34, spent 10 years at Real, winning three La Liga titles and three Champions League winners' medals but injuries saw him make 18 appearances in all competitions last season.
The former FC Porto defender played for Portugal in their Confederations Cup campaign where they reached the semi-finals before losing to Chile on penalties.
