Igbo Quit Notice: Osinbajo Meets Governors

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is currently meeting with the Nigeria Governors Forum  over the agitation for Biafra and the October 1 eviction deadline given by some northern youths to the Igbo resident in the region.

The meeting is holding at the Old Banquet Hall of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.

 It is in continuation of the acting president's consultations with critical stakeholders over the agitations.

The governors in attendance include those of Sokoto, Kano, Osun, Oyo, Enugu, Ebonyi, Borno, Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Adamawa, Benue, Plateau, Kogi, Edo, Lagos, Kebbi, Ondo, Imo, Taraba and Anambra States.
