Female corpse seen floating on River Niger

An unidentified female corpse was seen floating on the River Niger, at Onitsha main market as people gathered to behold it.

According to reports, it rained heavily the previous night and many believed she might have been drowned while others insisted she was murdered and pushed into the river.
