Today, the people of Ebe-Ukpor, Nnewi South L.G.A elected new leaders that will pilot the affairs of the community for the next four years. Lagos Business man, Chief Elochukwu Emokai (Afunwa) emerged the president general of Ebe Development Union (E.D.U).

In his speech, PG. Elochukwu Emokai promised to carry all the 6 villages along and also a robust transformation within one year of his administration.
