Knowing When To Quit

One of the hardest decisions that you will ever make in life is knowing when to put up with a situation and when give it up for good.
I'd like to share a few thoughts I have on when to call it a day.

Sometimes things get tricky for some of us who are use to fighting for everything we want, for us giving up is the last resort, it's like failing when the thoughts of giving up comes to mind.

But if you already tried to make a decision of Wether or not you should give up, chances are you have already been given several reasons to.
So I say, ask yourself these questions, by not giving up, what are you giving up?

The fear of the unknown, the fear of upsetting people has led many of us into justifying painful and inconvenient situations for comfort and not happiness or fulfilment. For the fear of uncertainty, we have limited and restricted ourselves, We are quick to say, "I'm comfortable" and not "I'm happy"
We have become so strong headed, and so used to striving without arriving.

Wether it is a relationship or a job, I'm not of the view that we should pack up and Runaway. Definitely we should make every effort to  embrace the changes that happens to us, fight for what we believe and make our lives work, but when all is said and done, we must remember that nothing can compensate a lifetime of unhappiness.

If you find yourself for instance, sitting at your desk, staring at a computer and thinking,  "there's got to be more than this," then without a doubt, believe me there is more for you.
When we hold on for too long, we miss out on our own lives, and in most cases that thing we are holding on to may already be causing us to give up on something or on a life that is way more rewarding and fulfilling.

Nothing stays forever, change is essential for our growth and inner developement. If we must grow, we must give up somethings and sometimes some people, we must change and though postive change is hard, it is rewarding.

There is no point trying to fit in so bad when we can stand up and stand out.
